So, I'm a big fan of the environment.

This being said, I read about a website that lets people 'adopt' a glacier. I figured it would make an awesome Christmas gift for my dad or my brother-in-law.

Problem is....the adoption/donation page is weird, and while I don't necessarily not want to donate $20 to the University of Colorado (sorry for the double negatives, I'm sure CU is great), I want to make sure that the link that the adopt a glacier page sends me to is what I'm actually looking for.

I've recently started wearing hijabs, tichels, and other coverings on my head for religious reasons, but it's time to get my hair trimmed. Where would I go if I don't want a stranger to look at my hair? I'm Christian, so any Muslim or Jewish salons might be a bit awkward.
