Would any solid element be invisible/transparent if you could stop electrons from absorbing, and emission light photons.?
So try to imagine light basically just passing through a solid element through the atoms, but there are no electrons, orbiting the atoms, or you could somehow stop the electrons from absorbing light.
Would any solid object become transparent, or invisible.
1 AnswerChemistry5 years agoThink California is nice, Silicon valley nice, read this before you go for a visit.?
1. in silicon valley, Bay Area you are never 1 mile 1/2 away from a wannabe sadistic, tattoed masacistic, gangbanger, these f***ers are everywhere. You cannot drive down the street and not see these f*** stains.
2. You will pay a million for a depressing, run down, old, dilapidated box house, and messy garden, that is not large enough to swing around a squirrel, let alone a cat.
3. Homeless people all over the place the police, County, and government, are not even considerate, and kind enough to put some of them in a mental hospital, they just leave them on the street like garbage.
4. You will see a s***hole, dirty, mexican town like Redwood city, middlefield road, with smoke shops, strip joints all over the place.
5. People here are stuck up, arrogant, think they have it good here, and do not have the intellegence to see how depressing it is.
6. Good luck finding a job here without a Degree.
In some jobs here, If you look like S*** your degree is not going to help you, your personalty S***, again Degree not going to help you get a job here.
You think Geeks at google, Facebook, and other big companies are picky, you aint seen nothin yet.
8. Geeks/Nerds everywhere, closed off, and no personality, no social skills, well it is silicon valley after all.
9. Depressing looking small a*** apartments, with ridiculous prices.
10. Sunshine, WRONG from November to March it it freezing, and rainy, cloudy in Silicon Valley.
Do not forget your memory erasing machineafter visiting here
4 AnswersPolls & Surveys5 years agoHow does light interact, and travel through Solid matter as matter gets thicker, in width.?
In the absorbion, and emission process of light, hitting electrons, I do not really understand that much, about electron energy levels, and how they change when a lot of atoms become molecules, and them those molecules become solid matter.
I think eV levels for electrons change when single atoms become molecules, and matter.
I need ro get a idea of how eV changes in electrons, as atoms come together in groups in molecules, and solid matter.
so if you have a single atom, then add more atoms in a line up to a micron in width, then add more atoms up to a millimeter.
How is light going to behave as more and more atoms are added in a line, then becoming a molecules, and then solid matter, and hpw do the electrons eV levels change as more atoms are added.
Thank you for your help, anything helps even a few words.
1 AnswerPhysics5 years agoSo is there no knowledge at all for the absorbsion, and emission spectrum of solid elements, or the eV of the electrons in solid elements.?
But just only for gasses, hydrogen, and helium.
Cannot find eV levels for electrons, for any solid elements online.
just hydrogen, and helium.
Really need your help with this question, anything helps even a few words.
1 AnswerChemistry5 years agoWhy cannot every 3 bedroom home be 150,000, and be attainable on minimum wage in a persons lifetime.?
Million dollar house in the bay area CA are not worth a million they are worth 200,000 at least.
These house in bay area CA are not big enough to swing a squirrel, around let alone a cat.
They are BOX houses.
Ask a real estate agent whats the extra 800, 000 for this BOX house is for.
He will come up with BS like weather, when its freezing from Nov to Feb.
Good area when your not even a mile away from a wannabe gangbanger, at any time, These guys is everywhere.
You gonna give me some of the money I paid for the house if I get robbed you real estate C***.
Jobs, whay neighbourhood is not near a major city anyway again BS.
Land, there is F***** land all over the place you f**** real estate prick. look at bay area on google maps you C***.
Real estate guy never gonna admit poor people gotta be homeless, and die in the street in the cold. So we can overprice these BOX houses, to pay for the pointless s*** we buy like handbags, ,and fat *** liposuction, and penis enhancing cream.
Gangbangers cannot afford 100,000 never mind a million. they do not have high credit scores, or have clean backgrounds, or can pass job reference check. Base getting a house on these rules not money, pricing the riff raff out what the f*** are you real estate mo fo's saying.
Buy land Build your own house, piss them off.
15 AnswersRenting & Real Estate5 years agoTalking Think about this deeply, could any object become invisible/translucent if the eV of e of silicon, sodium, and calcium do not excite?
Talking Think about this deeply, could any object become invisible/translucent if the eV of e
of silicon, sodium, and calcium do not excite electrons to higher shell levels, and there is no absorption, and emission in glass.
Then in SOLID Carbon, and hydrogen, and helium, which are elements in the human body.
If X-rays excited electrons in these elements to higher shell levels, shell 1, 2, and 3.
There must be higher shell levels/energy levels that do not excite red light.
If X-rays, and red light mixed together, or the red light was sent to electrons in millisecond bursts after the X-rays hit , I believe electrons would transmission the electrons, and you could make a object invisible.
Red light has the least amount of energy.
It has to work because there are more protons, neutrons, and electrons in silicon, sodium, and calcium, than carbon, hydrogen, and helium.
IT HAS TO WORK.
Think deeply about it fo a mind experiment on it.
Thank, you for your help, anything helps, even a few words.
1 AnswerPhysics5 years agoIs the eV levels for solid carbon known, cannot find the info from the internet.?
Its easy to find the eV levels for hydrogen gas, but what about Solid carbon.
Thank you for your help, anything helps even a few words.
1 AnswerChemistry5 years agoLets say I built a actual time machine, regardless of the fact it is impossible. I would not be able to use it at all because of causality.?
Move a grain of sand out of place 5000 years ago, even a atom out of place, or quark using a time machine and EVERYTHING from that point changes, and is going to be differern
2 AnswersPhysics5 years agoWith all the Managers getting fired from the premier league, do you think that is would be better to make a manager, that was not a previous?
player.
That probably ridiculous to consider, but maybe a person who s job it is to analyze, and approach things tactically like a miltary defence strategist, MAY be better.
No football club is ever going to try this experiment, but remember soccer players are talented at playing football, but maybe are not tactically minded enough to be managers, not creative, not driven, smart, tactically astute, even too overpaid to care.
1 AnswerEnglish Football (Soccer)5 years agomaybe you won't get jealous, anymore after reading this, if you just get how everyone brains see the world, because we are all different.?
Or just your upset because your girlfriend left you.
If everyone in the world made a list of 20 of their favorite things they liked, or disliked would even 1 persons list be exactly the same as another persons..NO.
So like on the list would be favorite , food, drink, color, most beautiful woman, favorite car, place to visit, music, game, and so on. As well as least favorite of these things.
We are all different, and we see the world differently from each other.
So we can be looking at the same thing but see different things, which I think is AMAZING.
So if your girlfriend sees beauty in another man's face, more than yours, and likes them more, or leaves you for him, don't get upset, she just sees something in him you do not see.
If you think what does she see in him, its just the way she sees the world with her brain.
Dont get made because of the way she sees the world.
Hope this helps you be less upset.
Remember we are all DIFFERENT.

5 AnswersPolls & Surveys5 years agoDo you think equations in maths, and science just complicate things further, can you explain why we need them. Is it more simple, and more?
easy to just say what the problem is in words, or numbers, than describe it in a mathematical equation.
Because you have to look up what the mathematical equations, what the symbols mean, before you can work out, and solve the equation.
Thanks for your help.
19 AnswersMathematics5 years agoWhen you look at the absorption spectra for iron, is that spectra for its solid form, or its gas form.?
The link to the iron absorption spectra is in this link.
Do not know if this is for a solid, or a gas
https://chemlinks.beloit.edu/Stars/pages/elements....
hopefully solid iron because it takes a lot of energy to turn iron to a gas.
