vehicle voltage fluctuation?
replaced alternator twice. first with newer used one now with new one. still getting voltage fluctuation of 3-4 volts. it usually stays 11-14 volts but have seen 10 and 15. measured while driving using a OBD bluetooth adapter. new alternator even gave 9.5. Radio resets while driving and engine stumbles. What else can it be? 05 Kia Sportage V6
