I ve had hip pain for years but over the last few months has got so bad I can barely walk around I ve been to my doctors and she said it s due to me being abit over weight I explained to her I had three hip surgery s as a child and I wasn t over weight then she wouldn t listen and just told me to exercise which I can t do because of the pain what should I do I can t keep going on like this
