I have a bunch of Pez's and one of them is a Holiday Reindeer pez.

It looks like it has an antler that broke off but it's no where in the package!

I shook it a little, put on reading glasses, used flashlight and the seal has not been broken. The antler is just not there. Would this defect be worth something?

I purchased a poster from them but it wasn't a poster, it was an enlarged photo. It wasn't even clear. I feel like I was scammed. Has anyone had experience with them?

We ordered a copy of a "poster" knowing full well what the original looks like. It was a blown up copy of a photo. Not a poster. The wording was blurred to the point you cannot read it. and the face was blurry. It is a scam. Review their return policy and it's a scam too. Do not ever use this company... Never ever. Save your money!!

I put in a cd to down load into ITunes. It went in but wasn't working so I was going to take it back out, but when I opened the CD door, the cd was gone. It's still in the computer somewhere.

The door does open and close, but I can't get the cd out. What do I do??

I pre-ordered Final Fantasy XIII-2, received the code to download the Genji Bow. Entered it and showed on the main PS3 unit that it was downloaded. BUT it's not showing up in the game. Only the outfit option is. HELP. How do I get the bow to show up?

I have NOTHING. No options. Nothing I can use. I need help. How can I get a tool bar back.

I want to be able to keep the original file on the main computer. But also want to put a copy of it on a flash drive if that is possible. I have never used one of those so I don't know how.
