Am gradually turning into an 'oldie' physically but not (I hope) mentally.Deeveloped some stupid angina thing - which thanks to a great doctor and the right medication is now well under control - which made it difficult to work for hours at a time so now I am semi-retired. I have grown up children and several grandchildren who are great. I love reading and going out and about. Oh and I hate the way that society as a whole seems to be lowering its standards all the time.
In the Christian Church what is 'daily accompaniment?'?
I am going on retreat soon and, I am ashamed to say' I do not know what this entails. Can you help?

2 AnswersDecorating & Remodeling8 years agoCan you sue neighbours for invasion of privacy?
It seems like my next door neighbour likes to eavesdrop on myself and my husband (including very personal conversations) and when we have telephone calls with friends. Everything she hears goes straight round the neighbourhood - which can be quite embarrassing . We are not noisy and have got to the point where we practically creep round our home and speak so quietly we can hardly hear each other. I think she must have nothing better to do than sit and listen out - it would be more understandable if she was old and lived on her own and was lonley (though I still would not like it) but she has a family. IS there any legal redress for what she is doing?

Our local one seems to have gradually reduced it over the past few months and we seem to get about 3 ounces (less than 100 gms) if we are lucky. Is this the usual amount or are they pulling a fast one.
