I work as a waitress at a restaurant that also does delivery and take out. Today a customer called who ordered delivery three hours ago and is only now complaining that she saw a hair in her food. When we asked her if it was a long or a short hair she said it was really long but at the time her order was prepared the only people working at the restaurant were males with short hair. She refuses to bring back the food to show us and demands a refund for her whole order. In this situation should we have met her demands?

Both my sister and I have an Iphone 4 but she didn't download itunes on her computer so I synced her iPhone on my itunes and I accidentally changed her phone to be the backup for my phone. Basically, her phone still has her number, photos, games, and messages, but all of her contacts were deleted and every time she makes a new contact on her phone, the contact is also added to mine. Also, when she plugs her phone into her itunes, it says that her phone is my phone. How can I fix it so that her phone and my phone are separate again?

I'm about to turn 16. I want something with good safety, good appearances, and a reasonable price. This is my first car, I don't need a new car and I don't need to go over the top. I live in Colorado and I'm thinking of either a Mazda, Ford, or Dodge. I know it's almost impossible to have all of these three things but what was the first car you bought?

I know this sounds a little pathetic but I'm sick and tired of this. I've been single for nine years now and I have no idea why. I'm not ugly because the people in my school aren't so hot and they have had plenty of boyfriends. I would show a picture but I'm not stupid. I'm smart, I'm nice, I have a lot of friends. The only problem that I see is that I'm shy. I'm started to get less shy now but still, nothing. There have only been two people who have asked me out before and I guess I do have high standards but they're not that high I mean come on there are plenty of hot guys out there and not one of them likes me. These girls at my school, they're rude and slutty and they try to hard to act cool and they're so immature and some of them do drugs so I'm wondering why can't I get myself a guy?

I don't smell because I always have perfume on and I can't count how many times girls call me pretty and skinny.

We're in high school so we're 15 years old. I know I'm getting like some candy and stuff for those friends that I am not that close with but I have no idea what to get for some of my closest friends. I really don't have a budget except I don't want to spend like a $25 gift card on one person. I have four people that I'm really close with and they're all girls. I've been reading some of the answers for questions like this and the answers were like picture frames and homemade stuff. That sounded good for like a middle schooler but I know that I wouldn't want to have a picture frame for christmas. I've always bought teddy bears and cards and gum, stuff like that but I don't know what to get them.

I bought $140 worth of clothes from American Eagle neart the end of August and we had to exchange some of the items. The first time they charged my credit card, they had the correct amount but after I exchanged those items, they charged me $60 when I exchanged (not bought) the clothes. I ignored it because I didn't want it to become too complicated and maybe I did something wrong. Now it's been like 2 months and they charge $60 to my account every month. I don't think they'll stop charging me. What should I do?

I had some points that were worth prizes/rewards so I got a camera bag, a gps, and a camera. Everything came today except the camera. The gps came in a seperate box than the camera bag and I bought the camera and the camera bag on the same day in the same account at the same time. Why isn't it here yet? Should I wait a couple more days or should i contact them?

Whenever I click the new tab, it used to bring me to a page that had icons and links of websites that I visit most often so its kind of like a shortcut. I accidently downloaded something that changed the settings on my computer so i reset all of my internet settings. Now when i click the new tab icon, it brings me to the about tabs page. Have any of you guys had that page? Theres like a screen shot of what the website looks like and theres like a maximum 9 pages. I think they called them thumbnails and on the side were some of the favorites saved. How do i get that page back? Does this make sense? Its kinda confusing but i need help

I've seen people at school who have cell phones out and when they don't have service, they find someone who has service and they like put them together and they do something and in like 30 seconds they get service. Does anyone know how to do that? Does it have to do with your bluetooth or do you need a password or something?

I got a jury summon about a month ago and I went on the website to get out of it because I fit in one of the disqualifications. I don't fluently speak or write in english. I haven't heard back from them since. Does that still mean that I should go? I own a restaurant and if I need to go, I'll go but some of my employees just quit and nobody else seems to know how to function without me there so it will be a disaster.

how do you find the expected winnings of a game. it doesn't need to be in a specific game i just need to know how you find the expected winnings of a game because i thought that it was that you subtract the expected value from the cost to play but my math teacher says that its wrong

that you could light on fire that wouldn't make the flame bigger but instead it makes the heat bigger?

For example if you had a candle and you wanted to cook something with just that candle but it would take too long and you didn't want to make the flame bigger because the things around you could easily catch on fire so usually you would light paper on fire but you cant in this situation because lighting the paper on fire makes a bigger flame and it doesn't make the fire much hotter

ok so pick a sport and it can be any sport. Can anybody tell me how people who participate in that sport communicate with each other? i just want to know an occation in which or where a civilization first invented something and another civilization took that invention or idea and improved it. an example is the romans. they didn't invent any of their things but they took other civilizations inventions and improved it.

Like under the pictures and sometimes people have things on their myspace like rawrr or cant do it like me and you want to get that website but it wont let you click on it like theres no link and whenever you want to put anything as the caption of your picture you can never put anything on other than words that are plain and i want to know where you go to get special words and icons that actually show up not as your caption. ok so i need help my cousin had this mp4 player from china and she gave it to me but she has like 305 songs on there thats hers. i already have the songs that i want to get on there in my windows media player. i just dont know how to get them onto the mp4 player i need help

oh and it would be very great if you could tell me how to delete all of her songs that she had on there.

i know you go to add songs and stuff like that but you need to search the songs from a folder and i need to know how i can get those songs on to that folder for free so that i can add them into the windows media player
