I have a serious problem with my computer. Whenever I play a video, (and I've tried it on multiple sites,) it plays just fine, but no sound comes out of my speakers besides that buzz that means they're on and connected. Audio files won't even play in iTunes or Winamp. I'll click the play button, and the cursor won't move. I've tried everything obvious, (checking volume controls, making sure the speakers are plugged in,) and I'm just hoping the sound card's not blown at this point. Any and all help would be appreciated. Thank you.

The problem only occurs if there's a disk in the drive. If I simply close the drive without a disk in it, it acts like normal. However, if I put a disk in the drive and close it, it stay shut for a few seconds, then opens back up. I've tried to update the driver and uninstall and reinstall it, and neither helped. I'm fairly certain the model is _NEC DVD_RW ND-3520a. Any help would be much appreciated.

I want to tag some photos of my friends, but whenever I click on the picture and press Tag Photo or Start Tagging, the loading screen pops up and never goes away. Can you tell me what to do so I can finally tag my photos?
