F150 won't start.... not sure why.?
I have a 2001 4x4 F150 5.4L SuperCrew Lariat. When I turn the key, it will not start, just clicks and gauges do a sweep. Voltmeter shows battery at 12.22 volts. Terminals were cleaned, brushed and reconnected 2 days ago. One auto parts place says battery is bad, another says battery is good.... both tests were done the same day. Vehicle started when jumped.
2 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs1 decade agoWhat makes a squealing noise when I turn on my vehicle A/C?
I have a 1999 Jeep Cherokee 4.0L, AT, 4WD and when I turn on my air conditioner, it squeals for a about 15 seconds then goes quiet. What is causing this? The A/C works fine, it just makes this noise when I first turn it on.
5 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs1 decade agoDid you know this about martin Luther King?
King was under FBI surveillance for several years (until he died) due to his ties with communist organizations throughout the country. King accepted money from the organizations to fund his movements. In return, King had to appoint communist leaders to run certain districts of his SCLC (Southern Christian Leadership Conference), who then could project their communist ideas to larger audiences. A federal judge in the 60's ruled that the FBI files on King links to communism to remain top-secret until 2027. Senator Jesse Helms appealed to the Supreme Court in 1983 to release the files, so the bill in the Senate to create the Martin Luther King Federal Holiday could be abolished. He was denied.
- The vast majority of people are sorely mistaken about Michael King (his real name)
Michael King (alias martin Luther King) -- a man who was a phony, a cheater, a traitor, and a sexual degenerate gets a day of his own.
LOL, God Bless America.
9 AnswersHistory1 decade agoDo you really know about Martin Luther King?
1. His name wasn't Martin Luther. It was Michael. It was decided Martin Luther had a more prominent ring to it, so he went by that. He never legally changed his name.
2. While working on his dissertation for his doctoral degree at Boston University, he heavily plagiarized from another author who had done research on a subject similar to King's. An academic committee found that over half of King’s work was plagiarized, yet would not revoke his doctorate degree. It was also discovered that King's famous I HAVE A DREAM speech was also not his own. He stole it from a sermon by Archibald Carey, a popular black preacher in the 1950's.
3. One of King's closest friends, Rev. Ralph Abernathy talked about King's obsession with white prostitutes. King would often use church donations to have drunken sex parties, where he would hire 2 to 3 white prostitutes, occasionally beating them brutally. King was married with 4 children.
Don't you love the ability to research public figures?

2 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoDo you know why everyone is offended these days?
Doesn't it seem that everytime you turn around, someone is claiming to be offended by what someone else said or did? It wasn't always like this but it was prophesied in the the Book of Matthew, The Holy Bible, KJV.
Mat 24:3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?
Mat 24:10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
Read the entire book for a better understanding. And for those that do not believe and will comment... you are not required to believe, yet.

Due to trees around my house, I would need to install the dish away from the house in order for it to see the sky. What is the furthest from the house that it can be without signal degredation? Please give links to supporting data if possible, thank you.
3 AnswersOther - Electronics1 decade ago22 Inch Widescreen and World of Warcraft?
I just picked up a new Acer AL2216W (http://global.acer.com/products/monitor/1_series.h... and have set it up to play World of Warcraft at 1680x1050.
Setup was effortless and it displays just fine on the screen. The only issue I have is when I walk sideways in the game. It blurs considerably when I do this. Strafing a mob, running at an angle to avoid being dazed... all cause very noticeable blurring. It does this at 1440x900 as well.
Refresh rate is set to 60Hz on the monitor, in the game and in Windows.
Any ideas on how to fix this and/or what may be causing it?

6 AnswersOther - Hardware1 decade agoWhy do you expect Christians to be perfect?
Christians are not perfect, nor is anyone else... but why do so many people look for fault (sin) in someone just to use that as an excuse to disqualify their beliefs? Christians aren't perfect, just forgiven.
21 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoHow did freedom OF religion become a crusade of freedom FROM religion?
Why do so many of the athiest religion (or cult) try to prevent any exposure of religion in public whatsoever?
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights adopted by the 58 Member States of the United Nations General Assembly on December 10, 1948 defines freedom of religion and belief as follows: "Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship, and observance."
In U.S. law, freedom of religion is codified in the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, which declares: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof"
