Today I experienced for the first time blured vision but only in the lower third of my vision for 5 -10 second?
I am a 41 y/o male that is in decent overall health but am over weight. I stand 6'1" and weigh 260lbs. The blurred vision lasted for 5 - 10 seconds and was NOT accompanied with dizziness, weakness, nausea, etc. I do have atrial fibrillation and take a daily baby aspirin. My last eye exam (27 months ago) was perfectly fine. My vision returned to normal after the 5 - 10 seconds but I am a little freaked out. Please tell me if this is something I should be worried about. Thanks.

In the wild, cats (lions, tigers, etc.) are larger than dogs ( dingos, wolves, etc) ,while when domesticated it is the other way around. Why is that?
