I just ordered a ipod nano 5th gen. I have been looking at itune cards on ebay and they are selling for more than the card. The $100 card was $114. Am I missing something? Also; what are other cheaper ways to download music on my new ipod?

as well as $$ struggles.... she was advised that since she had not been late with payments she didn't qualify ( in Sept 08). So, she stopped making payment and went to mortgage restructuring classes ... she just found out that her house has been foreclosed on... she was 9 days late from the Presidents new bill....She was not giving any notice that she was being foreclosed on, she was under the understanding that all foreclosures 'were on hold'. I don't know all the details, but she wants to stay ....a Realtor now wants to know when shes moving out so they can sell the house....is there any recourse she may have??? Any useful suggestions would be appreciated....thanks

I have 2 outstanding loans. They are both about 15,000 each.

One is at a rate of 7.25% and the other is at 4.65%.

I am going to take out a loan against my 401K for $6000.00 at a rate of 3.65%... What I am wondering is : Should I increase my new loan amount to cover the others loans and pay them off...then I would have one payment and it would be at a lower interest rate.

I realize that the compound interest from my accumulated 401K would be reduced...but seeing as how the market is going, it seems like a good idea.

Any intelligent financial advice is greatly appreciated... :)

When I'm bidding, it seems like there are lots and lots of buyers that are like : a**l , or g**t, j**m...ect....what the deal with the initials 2 stars and another initail...are they scammers or is it a code.....I can't believe that that many perople use such similar ebay names.
