I have 15 pgs of Journal notes on her 'visits', I've shared with the sheriff. One of them got smart with me about what I do to have it coming. Nt the same political party, likely. Pretty sure DA's asst follows the gossip. I have questions: If Small town MT, DA refuses to prosecute, what else do i have to do to stop this nosy Battle ax? Per deputy that left 2 years ago, sent her pix of property Boundary saying STAY OFF, MARKED Property lines. Her most recent pathway is about 150 ft from current marker. WILL mark againCan they demand all copies of my soon to be game camera videos? For a small town, how long should I wait to see IF they will prosecute?

If her face isn't seen, can I post it on FB for all the world to see? I'm in MT, BTW

She talks about putting laundry on the line, hubby calls ,says he's bring a friend for dinner, she's hesitant asks where he's at, he says the bar, she yells, 'get outta there!' then tells her hubby she's yelling at one of the many kids.

I live in a small town in MT. For some time, a woman who pushes paper for the cty DA has interfered & played power trip in so many ways. I have seen her show her E-mails, from the wives, etc., to Probation offrs, for the husbands, etc. She has told folks the cost of Atty is less than going to court over C,C & Rs in a sub-division ???!! *Not even a criminal issue* (fellow courthouse buddy needed her 'help'), tell residents they were on required evacuation, NOT according to the sheriff and Fire was being handled by the Feds...

Bottom line: Doesn't interfering with an open case, open a H-U-G-E door for civil attys to release Y-E-A-R-S worth of cases, felons, and sue the county?

There was a shooting btwn neighbors out here, that S-T-I-N-K-S of her 'Help'. She was Knitting shortly afterwards, which some of us, can guess is what her boss told her to do when he found out how much into Doo-doo she had drug is office into.

If you gossip, Martyr, pity trip, with her, you get away with ANYTHING, if you don't, God Forbid you P. off one of 'hers'.

How much will this county pay for the nonsense she has so many, buying into? Is handing it over to the media the only way to ship her back to 'Romper Room'? Is this Normal for Small town politics?
