Nosy neighbor crosses my 20acre property for the last 5yrs. Can DA convict for trespass with game camera video?
I have 15 pgs of Journal notes on her 'visits', I've shared with the sheriff. One of them got smart with me about what I do to have it coming. Nt the same political party, likely. Pretty sure DA's asst follows the gossip. I have questions: If Small town MT, DA refuses to prosecute, what else do i have to do to stop this nosy Battle ax? Per deputy that left 2 years ago, sent her pix of property Boundary saying STAY OFF, MARKED Property lines. Her most recent pathway is about 150 ft from current marker. WILL mark againCan they demand all copies of my soon to be game camera videos? For a small town, how long should I wait to see IF they will prosecute?
If her face isn't seen, can I post it on FB for all the world to see? I'm in MT, BTW

Hire a lawyer before your land becomes "a public way" and you can't stop anyone from using it as a pathway. You have the right to keep people off of your land unless they have a legitimate reason to be on there such as a meter reader or surveyor and others.

Voodoo may be of interest to you. You may also try standing at your property line naked, holding a kitten by the scruff of the neck while simultaneously chewing alka seltzer and screaming "the exorcism just won't work on me!" That one will also get you out of assorted household chores occasionally.

You don't own property. No one owns property. Get rid of the fences. All land is everyone's land. Stop being a greedy pig who hates fellow humans.

As your lawyer. I'll assume you can make better sense in person than on paper.
