i fail an emission test and the cause on the reportco%1.12 and it is allowed 1.00 also the hcppm reading was 1951 and allowed 157 i need to no what is this? and what should i do to correct it? also what do these symbols stand for? this is a georgia emission test asm results. will a tune up correct this? or is there something else i must do? at the end of the report it says your vehicle fail the inspection. repairs are needed to reduce emission.please help and tell me what to do?1990 chevrolet lumina 4cylinders engine size 2.5liters

i put in a new battery and autonator on a 1990 chevrolet lumina. the car ran fine before, now runs ruff. computer need to be rest and i need to no how to do this?i have been told to disconnect thepcm for 10seconds, i do not no what the pcm is? and can the battery be disconnected to do this same thing?. is the pcm located on the computer box? if so which wire is to be disconnected?
