Hello everyone ;) So I have lot of spasm in my feet and lower legs, and I think it's muscle inflammation but I'm not sure (going to see a doctor). Is it OK to still dance and just not do some steps? Or is it better just to not do any dancing for a little while? BTW, if this helps I have performances May and June so if I keep dancing now it may worsen later on. Thanks :)

so my 12 year old sister is going to boston ballet's sdp audition this weekend, and is wondering:

1) do they look a lot at body type (for sdp)?

2) and if anyone has an experience at either a boston ballet school audition or their summer dance program, what was it like?

Hi :) This will be my first year going away from home for a summer intensive. What should I audition for? I live in Canada and I'd like to stay in the country for the summer. I've been dancing for 7 years, and I've been on pointe for 2 if that helps. And I would like an intensive that mainly focuses on ballet. Any suggestions? Your help is greatly appreciated.

so about a month ago i weighed 95lbs. and now im 104! that is almost 10 pounds!!! my mom thinks it's good because she says that now i'm healthy weight BUT WHY DID THIS HAPPEN? im doing all the same exercise..eating the same things...WHAT HAPPENED? help! thank u and also if u have any tips on how i can go back to 95 pounds that would be great. thx : )

OK, honestly, I don't know. People say that I'm skinny but sometimes when I look at myself in the mirror, I think I look kind of fat. I dance, and I'm pretty much muscle. I weigh 95 pounds, and I'm 5"1'. My waist is 23 inches, and my hips are 27.5 inches. What do you think?

I have a video that's on a disc and I would like to put it on my iPod nano 4th generation. I'M NOT BUYING ANY APPLICATIONS TO HELP WITH THIS. hi, so i dance and i love it- especially ballet! i dont think i will b able to go pro but i want to get at least like a major in dance...evrything is fine rite now, and i still take dance classes, but the problem is that my mom is really into christianity and going to church and stuff and she says i should too, but im not interested in that AT ALL! i want to dance! help! i dunno what to do...what could i say to her? thx :)

Hi, so I went to the doctor and I've injured my legs (not going to explain- it's complicated) and I'm a dancer. The doctor said I shouldn't dance for 3-4 days...should I listen? I have performance in a few weeks and my legs don't even hurt! Should I dance, or listen to my doctor? HELP! Thanks :)

So, I'm trying to lose some weight...I'm 5"2' and weigh 95lbs. The problem is, whenever I eat less my parents just make me eat more. I'm just trying to eat healthier and less than normal. I dance, and I know I'll lose weight from that but I just want to be about 90lbs, maybe 85lbs...but I don't know what to do! Please help! And also, what do you think would be a suitable weight for me?
