Hi guys,

Basically I'm running out of ideas of where to mount my GoPro and What to do with it. Here's what I've done so far.

So far I have:

Mounted it to a kite

Jet-skiing

Wake boarding

Para-sailing

Scuba diving

I've made time lapses

Time lapses with on an egg timer for slow rotation

Anyone got any other cool ideas?

Right so we were pretty poor when I was younger and (I think) as a result of that I have spent pretty much all of my life wanting to have a lot of money. I was quite materialistic and the thrill of having new thing excited me. I now have a good job that pays a lot of money and I don't really care for it anymore. I feel quite empty. Like all those things that I wanted so bad actually don't mean anything.

I used to feel awesome when I brought something before because I had to wait ages for it. Now I just go out and buy it and I don't get the same satisfaction. I feel like a pole vaulter that's trained his whole life to jump over that pole who all of a sudden asks himself "Why am I jumping over this pole?".

Anyone else experienced this before? Will it go away?

I used to have an integrated graphics card and I have recently upgraded that so I could install a new graphics card. Here's my current set up:

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Motherboardr: BIOSTAR, A780L3C

Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 215 Processor (2 CPUs), ~2.7GHz

Memory: 8192MB RAM

Card name: NVIDIA GeForce 210

Since I've got it home it's all choppy ans some websites don't display properly. Do you think I need to upgrade my processor? And if so, should I stick with my current socket or should I go for an intel one?

Ok so my friend has just brought a fletcher speedboat with a 60hp outboard on it. I have a kawasaki 800 sx-r which is around 80 Ho standard. It's been tuned by Nott-bower so it's going to be more powerful. It has 699lbs of thrust as well. I was wondering which would be quicker. I'm thinking the jet ski because its lighter and has more power but they have different ways of delivering their power. I'll find out for sure when it's not so cold.

My goal here is to watch films from my computer on my TV and switch between the two. My TV has a VGA input but I'd prefer to use the HDMI port. At the moment I'm using the VGA input but I keep having to swap from monitor to TV to monitor and so on. At work we have dual monitor set ups and that gave me this idea.

So I'm wondering if I would be a me to have a dual output graphics card. One running my monitor (preferably through DVI, but can be VGA) and the other running my TV (again, could be VGA but I'd prefer HDMI). Here is some info on my computer:

The only difference is I have upgraded to 8gb of RAM. would the fact that my current graphics card is integrated be an issue?

Hi,

Currently I have a bath with individual hot and cold taps coming out of separate holes. So I've got one of those awful shower converters that you put on the end of your taps and it turns it into a shower. I want to add a proper shower in but I can only seem to find single units with the shower selector valve on it.

My issue is; if I install one of those I will have 2 great big holes either side of it from the original taps. And I don't want to buy a new bath. I had an idea of perhaps having just the valve selector and a shower hose in the middle of the two taps. But does this exist?

I'd really like some advice from some plumbers / all round handymen out there!

I have this computer: Compaq SG3-110FR and I want to upgrade the RAM. I know it's DDR3 but how much can I put in? And is, for example, a 2gb RAM the same as any other> Or are some better regardless of size?

I'm installing a new hard drive and I need an extra power cable. Thing is, I've only got one in my computer (15 pin SATA) I have a spare SATA port for the data, so that's not a problem. Anyone know of any multipliers or some way i can add an extra power cable?

OK, let me start this by saying I have had loads of cats and kittens over the years and I have litter trained them all and then eventually weaned them to go outside. But my car now, who is coming up to a year old, just doesn't get it.

It's really starting to put a strain on the family. It started with him refusing to use his litter tray. He'd go anywhere in the house. Literally did not care. We managed to get a reign on that by changing his litter tray after he went. This is very annoying and expensive. So once he got old enough we weaned him to go outside. We put his litter tray outside but I'm not sure if he gets it still. he will literally wait ALL DAY while he's outside to come inside and wee. The whole house smells like cat wee so after repeatedly cleaning the carpets we've decided that he can never leave the kitchen.

The kitchen window is his only means of access and egress. I feel really bad by confining him to the kitchen but we literally have no other choice. We've had to throw away 2 of his beds because, for some reason, he'll come in and wee in his bed. Then never use it again. He sleeps on the hard floor because everything soft will get wee'd on. Last night, for example, I felt sorry for him so I gave him a towel to sleep on and this morning it was covered in wee.

He doesn't go for a no. 2 inside it just seems to be the weeing. And if we keep him outside / in the kitchen he will literally just meow for hours. None of us are happy and it has completely taken any joy out of owning a cat (I love cats, by the way).

We have booked him in to get neutered and I'm hoping that will sort it out but I'm not holding my breath. We had also tried a number of smelly deterrents but he just sniffs them and carries on with his business.

ANY advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 5th Gen Honda Prelude and it broke down a few months ago cause it was misfiring on one cylinder. I replace the leads, plugs, rotor arm and distributor cap.

It's been fine until now when it's started doing it again. It's only when I'm in too high a gear. Normally it'll struggle a bit but now it's misfiring. At one point it was actually still misfiring at around 3000rpm.

It had a compression check a couple of months ago and only one cylinder was a couple of bar higher then the others. I'm not sure if this is the same cylinder that's misfiring or if it's even related.

The ignition system seems to be ok so I can't work out why it's doing that.

Any help would be great!

For almost 2 years I was taking laxative (off and on) for weight loss and now I can't seem to defecate. I am aware of the long term effects of taking laxatives and I've read that it can stop your bowel from working. Is there a way to overcome this without taking more laxatives
