In fact, it is a relaxing, not narrowing. In concentration there is an object. In meditation there is no object at all. You are simply lost in an objectless consciousness. You get tired by concentrating for sometime. Buddha says meditation means becoming more and more aware in the Present Moment and in your daily activities. Mind cannot be controlled by fighting with it. You should become aware of its thoughts.

talk about the root of the problem. The root of corruption is Ambition. Every child is taught that you have to achieve some thing, if you achieve then you are great, otherwise you are failed. This is a wrong teaching. Happiness has nothing to do with ambition. One should concern about 'what happens NOW'. No need of worrying about future. Ambition is of future, it creates tension.

Truth cannot be organized. It is like love. In India people say that celebrating valentines day is against our culture. This shows that all the religions are against love and they are simply political, cunning dominating, egoistic and dead corpses. Because love disappeared. If you see any religious priest, they are purely egoistic. They became more egoistic because they think they are humble. What do you say?
