Whenever i'm talking about the whole day which spent, i start telling with " Today's day was........." Since my English is very weak, i'm not confident of whether i'm grammatically correct or not. Please help me in telling whether i'm correct or not. Also please help me knowing the correct words to be used while i'm talking about the current day on its end.

My laptop is not getting start. When i switch it on, then a blue screen appears and then it turns black. Then automatically the same blue screen appears and after that again that blue screen appears. But my RAM and hard disk are working properly in other laptop. My laptop says that hard disk is gone. What may be the problem?
