When you say Everton vs Liverpool is 2-1, and they say it's either 'on' or 'against', which is which, if you see what I mean??? (i.e why or when is one of them 'on' or 'against').

Working with one of my clients on their budget I assessed they earned, including rent paid for them, £22k in benefits. As a full time worker I earn £24 - my job has a starting salary of £22k. Anyone else think that this is fine 'n' dandy, or do you agree that there needs to be a serious re-think on benefits. (The person claims disability benefits, although they live independently and can walk fine - have a degree, and managed to move themselves to London without help).

During Blair's run, Brown ran the economy, and therefore the country. By setting his sites on bigger goals, he's actually taken his hands off running the country and handed the true reins of power to Darling, Alistair Darling, who quite frankly hasn't got a clue. It is due to Darling Alastair that things have gone down the pan, and by wanting to gain power, Gordon Clown has actually relinquished power. True or flawed??? What do you think.

Whenever I am typing in a table in MS Word, and I wish to type a number using the number pad (not the numbers across the top), the digits always 'double up'. i.e if I type a '2' it becomes a '22' and if I want to type '46', what I get is '4466', so that today's date ends up being '1100/1122/0077'. Does anybody have any ideas as to why this should happen??? It only happens when I am in a table, so I am unsure if it is a hardware or software problem / setting.

As motorbikes and cyles do not cause as much congestion and are less polluting, would it not be beneficial to remove VAT from them, making them a more cost-effective choice? In fact, why can't govn begin subsidising them?
