How should I restore backup on my phone? I backed my phone up a couple months ago before it deleted everything.I kind of started over with my phone and put new photos, contacts, etc on it. Now I want my old stuff that is backed up. So should I make a new backup of my phone currently, restore from old backup, and then restore again from new backup??

So my running group was going for a 5k, and I was cool with that, but now they want to do a 10k and I just don't really like those.

My science teacher told us to compare and contrast two theories, but I'm not quite sure what that entails. Like, should I write a compare and contrast essay? Or should I make lists? Or should I do a Venn Diagram? I'm not sure what she meant. What do you think?

Okay, in my story a teen pleads guilty to murder. How would the court start? What would the judge say? What order would they proceed in? Would the judge ask her if she pleads guilty or not, or just read it that she does? I am so clueless...

In my story, a teen is convicted of murder. How could this happen? I want something that she is definitely guilt of murdering a person, but was provoked, or not in a right mind.

I am writing a story about a girl who owes everything to a company who saved her after she accidentally murdered someone. She gets a job with them, but is asked to do things that aren't legal. She discovers that the company is killing and stealing and other things, but cannot force herself to betray them because she owes them. Then, a complete stranger comes in and asks her too. Good title? I was thinkg something like Killing and Co, or The Business of Illegal things, I dn=on;t know.

For Girl Scouts, I am making up an easy dance/gymnastics routine to teach to younger girls. Do you know any good songs to use? They can have voices in them. I'd like something popular that is well-known. Maybe some rap, but I do not want it to be inappropriate.

Also, I am more of a gymnast then a dancer. Do you have any tips on how to teach dance, or make up a routine? Maybe suggestions for moves?
