If a defensive lineman jumps and an offensive lineman then also jumps the defense is penalized for inducing the offense off sides.

My question is this, why doesnt the offensive lineman jump whenever they see the defense has encroached on the neutral zone. They could do this every time and get the defense penalized. But they dont do it. Why?

I know Obama will give me more free stuff than Bush, but I havent gotten any yet. I think Bush has something to do with it. Is he still controlling who gets the free stuff?

I have bought a new Samsung Camcorder. It seems to only use original equip batteries. When I put in an energizer battery that is suppose to replace the Samsung I get error message "battery may not be compatible. And then the camcorder shuts off....this sucks is this possible? Samsung batteries are about 58.00 got energizer for 20.00

I do not have a stand alone video camera but I do have a camera that also records video and sound. It is new and seems to take good video.

The camera is a Fujifilm Finepix S1000 10MP/12X Zoom. Should I buy a regular video camera or will this be good enough quality.

I need to draw some inventions prior to building prototypes. I know photoshop fairly well but nothing else.

Usually when an offensive lineman moves even a little a false start is called. But, when the colts are playing Manning is moving all over the place his lineman are turning to hear and watch him , i noticed that some even come up out of their stance and then back down in it....what's up with that...why is that not a false start?
