1-I have deleted all programmes not used 2-I have used the (VSP1CLN.EXE,) prompt to remove files not used. Is there anything else I can do as I cannot delete any more personal stuff and if this file gets any bigger its going to make the computer useless.

I have been advised to use WinsxsLite however Im just not sure about trusting this program?

I have to scroll along to see the whole page. I have never had a problem with youtube before. And have no other problems with other sites. Seems a mystery?

My computer has a split drive. The Data drive is almost empty and the C drive is almost full. I have loads of pictures and it would solve the problem to move them. Will this be OK?

Are there any good reasons for a split drive, are they used in different ways?

Searches was found in computer-disk c-users. I have no idea what its there for or how some files got there. Or if the files are duplicated or if I can save space by deleting.

First I couldnt update and it said error code 57e. Then when I opened office it said that my version was not real. I had been using it fine for two years before. Now if I click on it it trys to reinstall but cant? Says my computer cannot reinstall.

I would reinstall from the disk but I bought this computer 5 years ago with office already installed.

I have tried a download to fix error 57e. I have turned off all security. I also tried to disable msiexec.exe( as advised)-but I didnt have this. Have cleaned the registry and de-bugged many times. And checked something else was on"manual" ? Thought I cant remember the exact link-but it was written as it said it should have been!!

Phew! Is there anything else I can try?

I am in Crete for three weeks and want to continue watching Big Brother. When I try channel four sites it says that the videos cannot be played as Im not in the UK? Any ideas/sites? Thanks.

I have already gone into wireless options and put my network first. I have also deleted the networks I dont want, but a few days later they come back! Then they stop my computer connecting to my network. One of them is BT open zone.

1-turned off all security, 2-tried without luck to upload a video I have successfully uploaded in the past, so the format is fine. 3-checked for any bugs on my computer. 4-checked for any cookies. 5-internet connection good.

I did Google this and some sites looked promising. However they either talked about subjects that were totally different or- they talked in a way that I couldn't understand anything. This included a site last recommended by a yahoo answer.

I have Greek text in pdf format that I need to convert to word so that I can put the text into a translation program. A challenge!!

The text has been scanned and sent to me. When I copy and paste this into a translating program-the Greek does not write properly. It comes out in some sort of code using English characters.

This has never happened before and I have been able to translate quite a lot of work. This is the only text that has been scanned in. Is the reason for this-can I do anything? Thanks.

I know there are already answers to this question, but his are always huge -they sort of dangle behind him. They never go down and he sticks them out of his cage when he sleeps! Is this normal?

Is this normal? Also her computer skills are terrible and she ends up spends hours swearing at her computer when she finds herself on the wrong page!
