I have always used metal or disposable foil pie pans and my pies have turned out beautifully. I have just started to use a glass dish and can't seem to get the hang of it!

I was told to turn the oven down 25 degrees, so I did that. But the edge of the crust seems to get done too quickly (even when shielded for the first part of baking) while the center never quite gets done.

Any help would be much appreciated!

I'm trying to pair a set of Bluetooth headphones to my KRZR phone. Everything goes well until the phone asks for the PIN for my headphones, which the manual says is 0000, but when I enter that the phone tells me it's an invalid PIN. I'm a Bluetooth virgin, so any help is appreciated!

I just got a KRZR with a 2 GB Sandisk card to store music. It gives me instructions on how to load music, but nothing about hardware/software I'll need to do this.

I know I need to get a USB cable to link the phone to my computer. Will I also need some sort of software to transfer MP3s from Windows Media Player to my phone?

I'll try to keep this short...I have been friends with this person since I worked for her several years ago when I was a student. She's only a few years older than me. I have since returned to this company and we have resumed the friendship.

The problem is, the "friendship" is extremely one-sided. I'm expected to listen to long speeches about her diets, class papers, and her husband's sleeping habits, etc. That wouldn't be a problem, except she barely acknowledges anything going on in my life...especially things that are fairly major like breakups and serious illnesses in my family!

We go out to lunch, and she always pays (although I make more). Also, she's somewhat overweight and married; while I'm single and told on a regular basis that I'm the most attractive woman in the company, however I don't flaunt it or go around flirting with a lot of guys.

Any advice on how to get her to be a friend to ME?

OK, I've just almost given in to the legging trend, I must admit they do look pretty comfy with an oversized sweater. Does anyone know where I can find some in a long length? I usually wear a 34" inseam.

Any ideas?? The bride is a good friend of mine who is an older lady, and I'm in my 20's. I, of course, want to look nice but don't want to upstage her.

My mom is a really amazing woman, but she wears mom jeans! I've tried to loan her some of mine, but they look a little too trendy, not to mention they're too long for her.

So, if any of you stylish women can give me some brands or styles of flattering, classic, non-trendy jeans, I would appreciate it! I'd like to get her some for her birthday, so be as specific as possible.

I'll try to keep this short. We have 3 indoor dogs.

Juliet, an Italian Greyhound, is our alpha dog. She's 9 and was an only dog for 3 years.

Griffin is another Italian Greyhound, who we've had for 6 years, he's a passive little boy.

Three years ago, we inherited a dachshund, Gretchen, who is about the same age as Juliet. She settled in fairly well, but just recently Juliet and Gretchen have been fighting...they had a blowout a couple months ago and two pretty decent arguments last night. Juliet starts this (jumping on Gretchen then screaming & snarling) but Gretchen can be aggressive when provoked and is twice Juliet's size.

I'm stumped as to why this is happening. We haven't had any changes at home and all dogs were neutered at a young age. Any ideas??
