What has happened to our democratic party? Governor Blagojovich is being hounded from office. The Illinois Attorney General has diagnosed him as being out of his mind. Does she have a medical degree? He has not had his day in court. How can we turn on a guy with a JFK hairdo. He did not lie under oath, possess FBI files of his republican enemies or accept Chinese campaign contributions like our beloved Bill Clinton. He did not leave a woman at the bottom of a river like our patriark, Ted Kennedy. Both of these heroes of our cause were supported by their peers and by the media. Give Blago a break. What can we do to support our beleagured governor?

When W picked Cheney for VP in 2000 the liberal media proclaimed with one voice that he had added "gravitas" to the ticket. With Obama being the biggest lightweight to run for the presidency will we hear the G word again? I think not. I must confess to not being familiar with that word at that time. I suspect most news people parroting the word were also new "gravitas" users.

That was a headline on my yahoo home page. Did Yahoo make it sound like our guys are getting their butts kicked? Our guys are winning and yet are presented by the print, tv and internet press as losing. The democrats say we are losing. Is this not the way we left Vietnam. The Tet offensive was a bust for North Vietnam. They suffered heavy losses on every front. It was reported as a major loss for the US. John Kerry accused the US of etrocities. Our guys in the Hanoi Hilton were tortured as Kerry's words were read to them. After we gave up and left Vietnam when the democrats blocked funding our press failed to fully report what followed. Thousands of Vietnamese were sent to reeducation camps. The communists in Cambodia killed several million cambodians for cooperating with the US. The Killing Fields was the only movie about this halocaust. By giving up blood and treasure we have given these people their first taste of freedom without stealing one quart of oil.

The first word of this program was "Operation" the second word could be viewed as an affront to Mexicans. The word was deleted from my answer. However this word was used to name the last successful stopping of illegal immigration from south of the border.

Sunni Muslims expressed a desire for the American troops to leave Iraq. No mention was made of the fact that the Sunnis (Saddam's sect) no longer can dominate and abuse the shiite majority. I suspect that millions of shiites are available to express a desire to keep the Americans there. Yet not one person was quoted with that opinion. Do you think Rueters who ran some doctored photos a few years ago and or Yahoo are biased towards the democrats and against the republicans? I was against our sacrifice there from day one. However, I don't think we are there to steal oil, help Haliburton or build and American empire. What do you say about this?

Mussilini's Italy was a socialist dictatorship. Hitler called his economic system "National Socialism." Which party is promoting socialism now? i.e. National Healthcare and restrictions on business. Sounds like democrats.
