  • Trigonometry problem, calculating internal angles of a polygon?

It is a polygon with four sides. I got the 4 lengths and one angle. Here it goes:

"Calculate the angle at A and C, knowing that the angle at B=90º and the angle at D, which is opposed to B, is obtuse (D>90º). AB=423, AD=160, BC= 162 and CD=420"

So, how do you do this?

I've already calculated angle at D, using the law of cosines. D=91.4º

  • Protein shake - before or after workout?

So, when should I drink my protein shake, right before working out or right after it? (or should I drink it in any other time of the day?)

Btw, a friend told me that eating some pasta (like spaghetti or something) like 1 hour before working out was great...true or false, and why?

Oh, the objective is to build up muscle, there are calories/diet restrictions, and I'm 19 if it matters.

  • Am I not supposed to dream about her?

So, long story made short: I dated a girl for a while, we broke up, I still like her and I find it impossible not to wake up thinking of her, so I thought to myself: If I am always thinking about her, why did I NEVER have a dream in which she appears? (We've met about 6 months ago, a lot of thinking has occured :P)

Is it possible that I think so much in day time that my brain "shuts it off" while I am sleeping? But aren't dreams about desires and concerns?

  • How can I prevent an infection?

    So, this is the situation:

I think I'll have mononucleosis in a few days/weeks, because I've almost for sure got infected. One of the "symptoms" of mono, is amigdalitis, which is an infection (I think so, at least xD). So, what should I do to prevent this amigdalitis from being too serious??

Apart from vitamin C, which is probably the most important.

I don't know, maybe I can't even prevent anything related to mono...well, help me please :P

  • Does working out the chest make the breasts smaller?

So, I have a girl friend of mine who has just started to work out, but she said she wouldn't do any exercises for chest muscles, because that who make her breasts smaller. Is this true?

I mean, I think breasts are mostly fat, but does that fat burn when you workout your chest?

I'd really like to know this, so, if you can, an additional explanation of the "why?" would be awesome :P

(I will give best answer ^^)

  • Are there any "deep stuff" that I can listen to? (I will give best answer!)?

Well, I'd like to listen to some recordings, like Charlie Crews, from the Tv series "Life" did. It doesn't need to be Zen, specifically, it can be something that I can think about, like cool quotations or so. I will give best answer!

    If you need an example:

So, I'd love some specific ideas, like "Listen to the [CD] from [author]". Thank you :D
