  • Does anyone have any good drawings or online resources on arterial flow/cardiovascular direction?

Hi. I'm wanting to know where blood goes after it hits the aorta from the left ventricle. Ideally you'd give me a complete 'train line' type schematic from an online resource. All the ones I can find from wikipedia etc are vague, dificult to follow and a bit 'fluffy' ie, for approximation only.

Yes, I know it's 60000 miles long or something, but surely someone has compiled a list?

  • I know it's constant, but why is sexual want/attraction so disliked by women?

Recently I had an odd experience with a woman who I suspect has some sort of mental problem. One thing she did was stare at me quite hard, lots of times. At first this made me somewhat uncomfortable. However, I wondered if it was motivated by something sexual, at which point I relaxed considerably. After all, some stranger who wants sex from you is not the end of the world, meanwhile if you're being stared at because you look odd/ugly, well, that's a bit of a downer.

Then I realised: hang on. Women sometimes get uncomfortable about men wanting sex from them. Why? Aside from the constant hormonal urge to sh*g, aside from the constant cleavage competition from the women at your work, and aside from the fact that society is dripping with s*x, why do women take such offence at male attention? I mean some women love it and encourage it. It's only someone wanting s*x, it's not rape.

Are women who take offense at male sexual want simply immature? Do they not realise how society and sex works? And why do these women sometimes show cleavage too if they hate it so much?

  • How should boys/men lose their virginity?

Ok, so I digested yesterday's answers and that lead me to the question: what should boys and men do? The more ... vibrant... feminists would suggest that I shouldn't have sex with women until I love them first. Are you serious? What if you never find love? Are you seriously suggesting I should be a virgin in my thirties because I've never found love?

Sorry for asking my question in such a way, but my Qs just don't appear. Are some words or combination of words banned or something?

  • So what can women offer me in a relationship besides sex?

Ok, having just read 2 qs/as with this as a subject, I have to ask, what can women offer me in a relationship besides sex. Don't say love, cause I don't really want it or believe in it. Don't say companionship because making friends is something I do by accident. Socially speaking, I'm falling over people who want to be my friend.

So what's left that a woman can offer me (apart from sex)?

  • Why are some women completely unaware of the sexual power they may hold over men?

You know, the fact that you can make a substantial number of men turn heads, that men will want you if you reveal yourself. That some men will want you even if you don't. Hell I've met men who'd say when single "I could never refuse an advance from a woman."

Yes, there are women who use this to their advantage. But it strikes me that there are a suprising number of women who are completely unaware of this power. Why is this and why can't they see it?

  • Using common household objects, can you think of a way to segregate 3 liquids?

Ok, I have 3 liquids, all mixed together. Their boiling points are 50degrees C, 100 degrees C (yeah that one is water) and 150 degrees C. Bearing in mind I only have household objects, how would I segregate the liquids?

(No, I don't have a freezer, so I can't go the other way either!)

Hi. How does the, er, flow of digestion work? Do some foods leave a 'trail' of compounds/enzymes/whatever in the gut as it travels down?

  • What happened to my chest?

I reached up during heavy exercise (actually at work, but I was working hard). I felt a click, but no real pain in my chest, above the heart (vertically, not outwards), fairly deep inside. However, afterwards I have difficulty in moving the left side, feel stiff in the morning for days there, have trouble breathing in (it hurts) and occasionally, but not often, a gurgling feeling occurs inside me. There are no external signs of bruising/damage and pressing the skin in that area doesn't hurt. What happened to me?

I'm healed now(ish). I'm just curious as to what was wrong.

  • How is feminism not redundant?

Ok, so the sum of feminism from 93 onwards seems to be organized around how much female flesh you can show. Even young women seem to see this. Why can't older feminists? And, of course, this in no way contradicts the anti-sex messages of the '60s and '70s even if this is somewhat invisible to the population now.

What we have now is about all that feminism could accomplish. It seems women are better at education, able to fasttrack their way up to the top with legal systems upon legal systems designed to protect them. The Patriarchy is no more. The only thing stopping other women is both sexist men and sexist women. Only other human beings who are tw*ts can stop a woman, not an institutionalised sexism.

Bearing in mind that the above is glaringly obvious, why would anyone declare themselves a feminist?

(I'm suggesting that equal rights was one of a number of issues feminism brought to light. Today I'd say we pretty much have equal rights. So that's not a reason for enduring feminism, imo.)

  • To chase or not to chase?

Ok, so I like this girl. But should I go after her? Here's some negative thought:

    1) Ok, so I could have sex with this girl, but it's absolutely pointless. Sex from a man's view is never ending, never quenched. Have sex on day 1 and you will still be randy on day 2, so it's pointless. A never ending sexual want which is unable to be satisfied, but must be obeyed.

    2) Apparently, I'm supposed to have some sort of emotional connection, but I never do. I don't do emotion. I mean, I can find people fun to be with, sometimes thoughtful, etc but I've never felt love, only companionship and, of course, lust.

So, with all that in mind, should I go after this girl?

  • How to stop afternoon sleepiness after nightshift job?

Hi.I was working nightshift. I've stopped and I've adjusted back to normal hours again. However, since the nightshift job finished, I've started to feel really exhausted around 1-3pm in the afternoon. Anyone got any hints on how to stop this constant and fairly debilitating exhaustion? It's also quite irritating and annoying. I say this as it's 12.50pm and I can feel my body think about sleep constantly despise my best wishes. Every few minutes the image of a bed enters my head and my body starts feeling heavy again. But that said, even the floor would suffice.
