My queen jumped off the forth floor apartment window and became a stray cat in the neighbourhood for the past 11 months. She has had three litters since. I once spotted her and called but she ran away. That was about 10 weeks after she left home. Since then I have asked neighbours to feed her for me. Eventually she ended up with one very kind lady down the road. She goes to the lady's apartment block morning and afternoon for her kibbles. We watched her getting pregnant 3 times and this times, the only time kittens showed up a couple of times. She had 3 white and 2 yellow kittens and they should be about 8-9 weeks. The cleaning staff on the compound have seen them out playing. Now my queen trusts the lady who feeds her but this lady is about to move. She allows this lady to pet her on the head even to pick her up. But we still don't know where the kittens live. She has moved her den a couple of times at least. I am at the dilemna of getting this productive queen home and have her neutered. But what would happen to the kittens? If I don't get her now, the lady who has been feeding her is moving out at the endof this week. I can still feed her regularly but fear that she might disappear any time. Now that she is quite experienced a stray cat she might simply go independent of human feeding altogether. I want her neutered and don't really mind if she wants to keep her freedom. I think she can survive. But I need the lady's help to capture her before Friday or else I might never be able to get close to her again. Most probably I'll end up watching her coming for her kibbles with her tommy getting full of kittens again. I have dogs in the house too (I have moved to another compound nearby and she jumped off when I was about to move) but she literally grew up with the dogs. Is t true that when queens get pregnant they want to be away from any creatures that they think would hurt their offsprings?

I would like to rephrase my question earlier. I asked if my 4-month old female kitten can get pregnant. In fact I should ask if the 4-month old male kitten can make his sister pregnant. They don't get to go outside as we live in an apartment. My other two dogs have long been neutered. The male kitten is the only threat to his sister. I still think of them as babies. The information I gathered all point to the age of 6-8 months before they reach sexual maturity and it is advised that males are neutered at 6 months.

I have 1 male and 1 female from the same litter born on 10 May this year. The male tried to mount his sister last night and she didn't reject him. She turned lying belly up and seemed very relaxed. The male kitten has been making some weird sounds ocassionally. The female looks kind of plum around the tummy and when I stroke her belly I could feel her nipples. They are big like green beans and the surrounding area is a little hard. Could she be pregnant already? At the age of 4 months?

Their mother had them when she was 8 months old. She is a very good mother and trained these kittens really well. When my kittens are 2 months old she went out and got pregnant again. She gave birth to the second litter on 31 August and is attending to this litter very well too. We are wondering if mother cat was on heat for the first time when she was 4 months old and then again 4 months later. She got pregnant this second time and then again 4 months after that. I am worried that my female kitten is already pregnant. Can that be possible, 4 months old?
