I am a juvenile correctional officer. I really enjoy my job for the most part. This position is potentially dangerous dealing with aggressive young men. I am thinking about changing careers for something a little less dangerous. The catch is $$$. I would be making less money and right now I can't afford to have an entry level job as a phlebotomist, which I would be doing. Any suggestions or encouragement will be greatly appreciated. BTW, I wouldn't be as concerned if I were a big burly man, but I am an average sized woman.

so, I haven't taken my meds in about a week.
