Im 15 years old and while i was a grip strength exercise, my middle finger clenched tightly and I could not move it at all! It was stuck there for about 20 seconds and then It just relaxed and I gained control over it again. This has never happened to me before and it is my 2nd time doing grip exercises in my life.PLEASE tell me what happened and how it happened!
