  • Is morse code still being commonly used?

Well is it? I am interested in it but I doubt anyone still uses it besides a couple of teen children and maybe some psychos and what not but I'm just interested in knowing.. I don't want to learn something I won't use in life... or at least benefit me. I'm joining the Marines by the way, if that helps. (DEP)

  • Where is all the information of the internet stored? (Physically)?

Like physically! I've been thinking and I know it's just me but I have a way of thinking that one day our resources might accidentally be destroyed (so I keep a usb with all my info). There are webpages where you can upload a certain amount of .mb stuff of whatever you want, but how do I know where it's being stored? WHERE is it being stored? If you can tell me.. where does yahoo store everybody's email stuff and info and such?? Satellites? just buildings located in who knows where...? Thank you and sorry if you didn't understand my question..

  • Computer programming? (Software engineering?)?

Hello there. I have a few questions, hopefully you can answer them all.

Run down: I never really decided what I wanted to do with my life till today that I got asked a question by a teacher and it made me think. I am a senior in high school and I think I have finally decided what I want to do after school ends. I want to program software and such, but I have no idea what are the outcomes of this so:

What is the minimum salary someone can receive from this education?

How many years in college? (If you say it depends well I want to know everything I can)

What's it like having a job like this?

Do you still get to have a social life?

    Pros & Cons?

While you are already here, what are the basic things I can learn RIGHT NOW that will help me in college? I want to learn the basics, I want to be prepared, I want this so bad. School just started but I plan to study like heck. Thank you so much for reading.

  • Kishimoto: Naruto written already or before release dates?

Did Kishimoto already write the whole Naruto shippuden series or is he writing it as it comes near a release date?

Because on the first Naruto episodes all the way to 220 (I think). On one of the episodes it shows how Kakashi tested his students to see if they would work together to show them that it is important.

And then on Naruto Shippuden (SO LATE) it then shows WHY Kakashi would put them on the test, and it shows Kakashi young. *the episodes names had the word CHRONICLES.*

I think this fits perfectly but was ALL THIS already written OR was it written as a release date came near? 'Cause I think it fits really well.. but I just don't know.

Also I'm just wondering because I always assumed Kishimoto wrote everything near a release date, and not to be rude... but I kinda think he messed up a little on the story JUST BECAUSE he HAD to release it on a certain date, so I thought he would make a mistake here and there, but that's just my opinion!

  • POLL: Not enough feeling when covering a song? (Guitar)?

What's your opinion on song covers? Would you rather they'd be cover well and exactly precise or would it bother you if someone covered it and improvised?

Personally I like the song cover, the way it was made.

Or at least not too much improvisation.

I'm talking about Little wing... the orig, and the SRV version..
