i just updated my system to os x lion and i'm really excited that my yahoo email now syncs up with the mail app on my mac (without having to upgrade to yahoo plus). my entire inbox and folders were imported just fine, but when i try to send myself an email, it just stays in my outbox and eventually comes up with the pop up that it can't send and to try a different server. i've tried the two servers listed (ymail.com and plus.smpt.mail.yahoo.com) and neither are working. and i don't know if this has anything to do with it, but next to my 'sent' folder it has that loading circle that's been going for a while now, and i don't know what it's doing. help, please? ]:

i'm going to new york in a couple days and i haven't flown since i was a kid. i'm not bringing any luggage, just a small carry on with my belongings. i'm aware there are new rules and whatnot, but i figured it'd be much easier to find an answer here. apparently there's a rule where contained liquids/gels/lotions have to be able to fit in a plastic bag and not exceed 100ml (or something like that). but i wanted to know if these things must be in the plastic bag as well or if you'd advise to not bring them at all:
-cream makeup (like mascara, primer, remover, etc.)
-body spray
-hair spray
-nail polish
and i was wondering if i could bring metal objects such as my curling iron and belts in my carry on too, but my mom said something about setting off the metal detectors. but i think it'd be alright, or am i wrong?

i'm not sure what i did. i did a scan and it came up with no infections, but things are missing from my computer and when i try opening something it says "choose the program you want to use to open this file". i know this description is really vague, but please, someone that knows computers please help. if you need more information then email me at sheilavallejos@ymail.com
and taking my computer to get it fixed isn't out of the question, but i don't want to spend a fortune on something that i can fix myself, you know? so i don't want to do it unless i have to. thanks.

i burned myself and it's really big. /: i put aloe on it a couple times a day and the dead skin has completely dried and peeled off. now i have this pink spot in place of it and i have sadies on march 13th. /: what should i do to make sure it does scar/scars minimally? and i have an olivey skin tone so this pink disaster isn't gonna cut it. help! are there any creams/ointments i can use? and where do i get them?
