Some of you who can't deny the existance of prehistoric beasts now are claiming dinosaurs lived alongside humans like on the Flintstones and were on the ship along with various domestic and wild beasts. Were the intermediate forms of these animals on the big ship lollypop too? How about extinct homonids? How do you explain away all of this evidence without resorting to "god only knows or he can do whatever he wants"

A group of Baptists were tsk tsk -ing at a Toltec Pyramid where human sacrifice took place and I overheard them talking about these heathens killing people to appease their gods. I pointed out, what about Jephthah bar be queing his daughter to appease Yahweh? ditto the unnamed Levite in the book of Judges. Judeo-Christianity is sick where killing daughters is condoned (though Angels apparently intervene when boys are being sacrificed) see Abraham. Any comments from bible apologists?

For those who accept the bible as literal truth, why did the big guy stop talking as burning bushes, parting seas, etc. Seems like this doesn't happen anymore unless you want to believe the Son of Sam, David Berkawitz was communicating to god through his dogs. Why do you accept what is likely lunacy as a truth?

Who believes Oral Roberts really saw a 900 foot Jesus.?

On 1980 while building his "City of Faith" Oral ran into funding shortfalls. He claimed to see a 900 foot Jesus. Did you Pentacostals really find that plausable? A direct quote from the time and verifiable I may add.

May 25, 1980, while overlooking his religious center which was in

financial difficulty:

"`I felt an overwhelming holy presence all around me. When I opened my

eyes, there He stood ... some 900 feet tall, looking at me ... He stood a

full 300 feet taller than the 600-foot-tall City of Faith. There I was

face to face with Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God. I have only

seen Jesus once before, but here I was face to face with the King of

kings. He reached down, put his Hands under the City of Faith, lifted it,

and said to me, "See how easy it is for Me to lift it!"'"

How does one reconcile "holy books" with physics and multiple dimensions and further, the multiverse. Since each universe in the multiverse has its own laws of physics is there a god in each one or one god over the multiverse?

My neighbor, a devout Baptist was telling me Satan constantly gets into his head and tempts him. I asked him how does Satan have time to get in his head along with all the other billions of people on this planet. If Satan is capable of reading our thoughts and planting ideas, he must have a great computer system in hell, at least a few dozen Crays. My question is where in the bible does it say that Satan is capable of reading the minds of billions of people simutaneously and plant tempting thoughts?

(I wonder if Satanists can offer input as well)

TV Preachers have been busted and reappear, Jim Baker, Rev. Tilden, etc. They are never Buddhist, Jewish, or dominations outside the pentacostal types that believe in annointings or faith healings. Jesus also said, "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheeps clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves." (Matthew 7:15). By Sheep's Clothing was he referencing wool, hence the $4000 Italian suits worn by the likes of Benny Hinn, Jim Baker, et al are a fulfillment of that prophecy??
