What are the ways to update file programatically and what do you think is the best.

I just got promoted (meaning more work more pay) that was december of last year. Come May, I'm expecting another salary increase ("Annual" Salary increase). I dont expect too much but i expect at least i'll get the minumum. One of our HRs (Human Resource Officer) informed me that i would not get that increase because i already got promoted. Is that right? I thought Promotion and Annual Salary increase is a seperate entity?

I know there is a maximum height requirement for imports but is there a minimum height requirement for PBA players. If there is could you also paste the link that proves your claim.

i dislike being alone, most of the time im happy when i'm with my friends. I miss laughing with them till the tears come out of my eyes. Its a great feeling, laughing hard, yknow what i mean, and nobody minds when you already look ridiculous because everybodys laughing as well. To get to the point, my friends are my basis of happiness, i would love to please them as much as possible because it pleases me. I know its not right to expect something in return, but somehow you get really disappointed if they dont return just a lil of how you treat them. So i decided not to be with them anymore, so not to expect anything anymore and not to get hurt. I'm trying hard to be a loner now. I'm still adjusting big time. What do you think? Is there something i wanted to prove? This is good right, at least i won't be depending on someone else anymore...oh well...
