I've had a couple of companies on FB that I'm a "fan" of say they private messaged me and I never received the email. I'm an admin on a couple of "fan" pages and I don't even see an option to private message my fans. Is there?? Is this some setting I don't know about?

Grandfather died and left his estate to his 2 sons and wife to be split in thirds. The executor on the estate (my uncle) agreed to an astronomical bill to pay the lawyer and now that bill has to be paid by the thirds. Can he just do this without consent of the other 2 because he's executor? A letter was sent to my parents stating that the lawyer's fee would be 4% of the estate as agreed upon with all parties (which it was not). In the beginning he said they would have the choice of 4% or $150 an hour. He has 20 hours, max into this and billed the family $30,000.

Hoping to buy a house this spring and would really love if the rates stayed low. Right now, we can get 4.125% in our area for a 30 year conventional mortgage (no points). Think we'll see them increase over 5%?

If one person wants to keep their 1/3, can they? Or will it just go to court and rule in majority?

I live in the Midwest so spring is a ways off. When do I replant the bulbs? Or should I start them indoors somehow? If I wait until last chance of frost, I dont know how they would grow enough to even bloom in summer since we have such a short growing season. How do you do it?

It seems too good to be true. Friends of mine want to do this. Their rate is 6.5%, they put nothing down and the house has lost significant value. The bank said it should be no problem because it just needs to be worth 75% of what they bought it for. There are no disadvantages to this program? Seems fishy to me...

Or does it have to be a different type of loan? What kind of loan then? Are the rates significantly higher then?

Right now, every room in a house we are buying has its own baseboard electric heater (upstairs). The rooms are relatively small, so getting to each individual thermostat on the side of the things is a huge pain. What does it take (and can you even do this?) to have the thermostat on the wall instead?

All I can find online is the income stipulations and the eligibility requirements, but not what it's for. We qualify financially and in our area, but what is it?

I always order a grilled chicken sandwich at restaurants and they are so good! Especially Red Robin...then I try to make one at home and it tastes awful! I have tried various marinades, but they taste weird. These are just plain chicken sandwiches but taste completely different than what I make. Why? How is a Red Robin chicken sandwich so much better? I've tried several kinds of chicken breast and it doesn't make a difference.

Or is it just the nasal spray and swabs that were causing this?

Our grandpa passed away and we have only found an old will from 30 years ago. We know there is another that no one can find. The lawyer said that it's not written record and a will is a private document. Is that true? How can he not have a copy AT ALL? What is keeping someone from then finding it, burning it and defaulting to the state law of splitting it in thirds (2 sons and his wife)?

This is what my grandfather's will states for his wife and 2 boys. How can you split a farm in 1/3? Are those involved allow to do whatever they want with their third? What about farm equipment, tractors, etc. How is that decided? Do they all have to agree before anyone does anything?

What lures do you use? Or do you just use bait and a plain hook? Wanted to try for anything - river has northern, bass, walleye, catfish, bullhead, etc. Never fished in river before and dont have a clue. Worried that we're just going to get everything snagged. We're fishing from shore...

Every time I get a cold, sinus infection is next. I am using my Netti Pot when I can get it to drain through my nose (although most of the time its so clogged it wont work), tried apple cider vinegar and water, zicam, emergen-c, drinking ginger root smoothies twice a day and drinking hot ginger tea w/ honey, lemon and even a little cayenne pepper and warm washclothes/water bottles on my sinuses. Nothing is working and I'm getting worse. Now the cold is in my chest and am producing yellow phlegm (gross). I do not want to go on antibiotics. Every time I take them, a whole slew of problems results. Anything else I can try?

We're bidding on a house on an auction (not a foreclosure - a regular estate auction). Typically, these houses go for so much less than they are worth. Long story short, we will get this house anywhere from 80-90K and the fair market value (and appraised value the house is based on taxes from) is 153,000. My question is can you get a loan for more than then 80-90K for the house to do improvements, build an addition? Or is a mortgage only for the amount it is purchased for? FYI we do have enough money saved up for more than a 20% down payment - we're not one of "those people" that have caused this housing crisis.

More specifically in Spain...interested in all countries though.
