We found an orphaned kitten two weeks ago. We guessed that the little thing was about 2 weeks old when we found it, we bought the orphan milk from the store and we have been feeding it and taking care of it. On Monday he went to work and they told everyone that they were closing the plant and everyone was done working there, they closed three plants that day. We heard of the WARN Act and that they are supposed to give 60 days notice? Also today they told people that they had filed chapter 11 bankruptcy so the people that are owed wages will not be getting paid. Also they did not pay anyone for the vacation time that they had built up, and who know what is going to happen with anyones retirement. How do companies get away with this and is there anything any of the workers can do?

I work two jobs, I homeschool my teenage daughter, I cook dinner, clean house, etc. Am I expecting to much for my husband to help cook dinner, help my daughter with homework or do something besides sit in his chair and watch sports.
