I purchased a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder in 2008 and paid sales tax on it. Last year I had to voluntarily give it back to the bank. We renogitated the deal and bought it back. But after we signed all the paperwork, they said that we will have to register it and pay sales tax again. Is this right? I live in Missouri. Thanks for any help.

I am about to summoned again by another creditor. I dont have any proof on income. I clean houses. I have been paying on my other judgements against me. I am flat broke. Should I even go to court again to settle this new one? I know I cant pay anything on it. Also, what will happen to me if I dont show up in court. This is in MO by the way.
