I have a unicorn mare. I want her to mate with the neighbour's stallion. Both properties have box stalls.

For the life of me I cannot get these stupid horses to WooHoo. Both families have ample room. I'll put the command through, and they'll nuzzle a moment, then dismiss the action and do something else. The same thing happened with my stallion and the neighbour's mare. I've successfully bred my own mare and stallion together before. Help?

So, I'm trying to get a new computer, and one thing I'd like to be able to do is Let's Plays - recording myself playing, say, my Wii or Virtual Console, slap 'em on the computer, and have wacky commentary. Since Dell are being stupid and say I have to use a camcorder, I thought I'd pick Y!A's brain on this.

Lest anyone think I'm being an irresponsible horse owner, I'll let y'all know up front that this is RESEARCH FOR FICTION.

Okay. I'm writing for a character who's a wild Mustang stallion from post-Civil War era Oklahoma (Spirit from Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron, if this helps). Due to some... pretty unusual circumstances, he will soon go from eating the grasses etc. Old West Mustangs lived on to modern-day restaurant-quality wheatgrass. He will not be working as, despite the diet change, he is still basically wild.

Is this at all likely to give him a case of colic?

Besides the user in question adding them to a playlist, that is.

I'm just curious about people who have added my videos on YouTube to their favorites list, but there doesn't seem to be any way to check that I can find. Am I missing something?

I'm making a fan-music-video of Twilight Princess. I'd like to use the scene you get if you follow the Scent of Ilia to the inn, where she and Telma are talking about the Zora prince, unaware of wolf-Link. However, the video guide I'm using to make the fanvid skipped this scene, and the only place I've managed to find it is YouTube.

Does anyone know where I might find this scene and download it? The GameCube version would be ideal, but I can always settle for flipping the Wii version.

I know this is a forum for vegitarians and vegans, but hear me out. The common troll is delicious and nutritious - and the more you poke them, the better they taste!

Of course, you have to use the proper methods - screaming at them won't do; it just makes them happy while stressing you out. No, in order to get the fullest flavor out of trolls, you have to have fun while poking them. Trust me, it's the most humane way of doing it - trolls feed off attention, and if the attention-giver is having as much fun as the troll, then everyone wins and the troll's full flavor is unlocked.

Poke a troll today! You'll be glad you did!

Is it on the tip of the nose or on eastmost penninsula? Or is it just a secret to everybody?

I've seen so many abused question marks, overcrowded exclamation points, overworked commas, and oh, the poor periods - they're either neglected or forced to do jobs they're not built for.

It's so sad. :(

I say that poking a good, coherent, intellegent troll is one of life's simple pleasures. The troll gets some attention, we both get a laugh, maybe some bistanders get a laugh, too; everyone wins.

It just ruins it when people get riled up over an obvious troll. Don't respond to the stupid trolls, guys. You're just letting them get lazy. Make them WORK for your attention.

That or have fun by mocking them. Then, once more, everyone wins. But for Pete's sake, if someone's clearly pressing a hot button just to press it, don't take them to heart.

Can you detect blatently obvious trolls? I like to think I can.

I mean, I came after them. Shouldn't they have spontaneously combusted when I was born or something?

Please to not answering with someone else's real world religion - I'm talking about religions invented for books and games and the like. Just a silly poll to hopefully lighten the mood a little.

Me? I have two off the top of my head.

Legend of Zelda mythology: Even given the really messed-up nature of the Zelda timeline, the mythology is always really interesting. Can't argue with magic equilateral triangles.

"Mid-Ocean/Valuan mythology" (Skies of Arcadia): The game doesn't hit you over the head with it or anything, but what's hinted at of the main characters' religion is pretty interesting. Bascially the seem to worship the six magical moons of their planet.

Not that the equasion always works in the other direction, of course. But, yeah, I keep hearing "Oh they're not Christain, they're Catholic", and it makes my brain hurt. It's like people are mixing up the definitions of "Christain" and "Protestent."

I've heard something about praying to the saints, like Protestents have a problem with that sometimes? Going by what Catholics have told me, praying to saints something like asking your boss' friend to talk to your boss for you; they don't worship the saints. Or, at least, the Catholics I know don't.

If it worships Jesus, it's a Christain. Catholics worship Jesus. So yeah.

Maybe my little mind can't comprehend the subtleties here or something, but it all seems fairly straightforward to me...
