Okay, today I was making egg salad and since I needed to make a good amount, I used the dozen of eggs I purchased last week and the dozen of eggs I bought today. As I was taking the shell of them, I found some came off easier than others. So, I was wondering if this had anything to do with when I purchased the eggs and how long they sat in my refrigerator. If not, why don't all the shells come off equally easier?

Okay, I downloaded the new version of itunes ( I had to in order to be able to download a specific song) and now I can't burn anything I've bought. Initializing the playlist takes longer as does the burning. After it has successfuly burned 3-5 songs it automatically cancels the burning. I have wasted 10 perfectly good cd's. I tried asking them for help, but trying to do that is impossible. I even responded to a feedback questionnaire, but they sent me an e-mail telling me that they don't respond to feedback responses. HELP!
