Transferring data from Quicken Deluxe 2003 to Quicken Deluxe 2011 or later?
My wife's very old PC is using Quicken Deluxe 2003 for her home business records. It's now 2013. We got her a new PC using Windows 8 and want to buy a current version of Quicken Deluxe. Will she be able to transfer her financial data over from the 2003 version to a current one? If so, how does she do that? Thanks for any help.
1 AnswerSoftware8 years agoCan I block replies to one specific, indvidual Facebook post?
I already know how to block an individual from posting in general. But is there a way to just open a thread/post on my Timeline and block all posters from posting replies to that specific thread only?
1 AnswerFacebook8 years agoWhy do 5% of Americans dominate this forum?
A 2012 poll shows that 5% of Americans label themselves as "atheist". That means that 95% of Americans do not consider themselves atheists. But wow! You would never know that from this forum, where it seems that half or more of the posts are either by self-professed atheists or by those opposing them.
It would be nice if the 95% could have some friendly, well-reasoned discussions on "Religion and Spirituality" here, without the trolling and flames for and against the beliefs of 5% of the population.
15 AnswersReligion & Spirituality8 years agoWhy does it seem that a high percentage of the posters on this "Religion" forum are atheists?
As a person of faith, I don't spend one minute a month on "Atheist" forums. But it seems that many who define themselves as atheists practically live on this forum!
19 AnswersReligion & Spirituality8 years agoHow to change widow's name on her house deed to new married name?
My current wife co-owned her home (with right of survivorship) with her late husband. They were both on the deed, title, etc. She has filed his death certificate with the county. She and I married recently. How does she change her name on the house title/deed to her new married name? (She will remain the sole owner. I will not be involved.) Thanks for your advice.

There is no abdominal aortic aneurysm, just this iliac one on the right side. I'm a 68-year-old male in pretty good health and fitness otherwise.
1 AnswerOther - Health9 years agoUnsure about what Resurrection Day (Easter) means?
Bottom line? Anticipating His pending crucifixion and subsequent resurrection from the dead, Jesus said, "Because I live, YOU shall live also."
That's His message of love to you today. Here's how to receive that loving offer — http://www.jimfeeney.org/salvation-scriptures-save...
3 AnswersEaster9 years agoHow soon must I cash in a CD inherited from my wife?
My wonderful wife of 38 years died earlier this year. I am the sole named beneficiary of a CD in her name. My question: must I cash that in during this tax year 2010, when I'm still allowed to file a joint tax return with her?
The CD is earning 5%, so if I can leave it in her name to maturity in 2012, I will. However, here's the problem I foresee (and which the bank mentioned) if I *don't* cash it in by the end of 2010. For 2011 and 2012, the bank would be reporting interest to the IRS in HER name and Social Security number. Is that legal for a deceased CD owner? permissible by the IRS? Or must I as the payable-on-death beneficiary cash the CD in by December 31, 2010, to avoid any tax problems? Thanks for your help.
5 AnswersUnited States1 decade agoCEA and CT scan giving contrary signals?
After 16 weeks of chemo (first FOLFOX, then FOLFIRI) for metastatic colon cancer, my 61-year-old wife's CT scan still showed the original three liver tumors, plus two small, new ones. However, her CEA has continued to drop. It was 86 when the colon tumor was discovered. A month after surgery, but still pre-chemo, the CEA had dropped to 7.8. During chemo it continued to drop, until the last three CEAs have been 1.6, 1.4, and 1.5.
Her oncologist was "pleasantly surprised" at the low CEA in the face of the CT scan still showing the tumors. Has anyone had any experience with this? That is, metastatic colon cancer CEA counts encouragingly low, yet no progress showing on the CT scan for the metastasized liver tumors.
2 AnswersCancer1 decade agoHow long to recover white blood cell neutrophil count?
A family member has just completed chemotherapy for colon cancer. Her white blood counts are way down, especially the infection-fighting neutrophils (her count was 700 two weeks after the final chemo).
Does anyone know typically how long it takes after chemo is completely finished for the neutrophils to recover to the normal range? She is not receiving any medication to accelerate the process.
3 AnswersCancer1 decade agoDo atheists consider atheism a "religion" or "spiritual"?
If so, acknowledge that.
If not, I'm puzzled why so many atheists then waste their time on a "Religion and Spirituality" forum.
32 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoAre there any legal issues involved if I sell my used hunting rifle directly to another private citizen?
Any paperwork? Must I use a gun dealer? Or is it just like selling someone a used freezer, for example?
11 AnswersHunting1 decade agoWhat can I expect to get selling my Remington Model 700 BDL .300 Winchester magnum rifle?
It's in premier condition, about 30 years old, rarely used. I've put probably 30 bullets max through it over the years.
It has a Williams receiver sight.
Serial number range 645XXXX
