Song from the 90's help!?
I cannot find out any info about this song... The original (I think) was done by Joe Cuba in like the 60's called "Bang! Bang!" Then, I think it was remade in the 90's because that is when I remember hearing it a lot and the one I am thinking of sounds a little different. Who did the 90's version? Anyone know? Thanks! (It is mostly instrumental, fun song, and it says "Bang Bang!" a lot.)
2 AnswersOther - Music1 decade agoRound ligament pain - is this normal?
I am 17 weeks pregnant and have what I believe to be round ligament pain, according to my Dr., except that it lasts for a long time and is pretty severe! I have read that it is only supposed to last a few seconds but for the last two nights before I go to bed, it is really bad and lasts for up to an hour before I lay down and even a little while after that. It is on my lower right side all the way from groin to side of hip. It is better in the mornings. The first night it was so bad that I called the Dr on call and she said that is all it was and to take Tylenol... Did anyone else have this?
2 AnswersPregnancy1 decade agoDid anyone take Diflucan while pregnant?
I had a yeast infection and the nurse practitioner prescribed me Diflucan, just one pill once 150 mg. I took it just now, but now I am worried about it! Did anyone else take this during pregnancy?
4 AnswersPregnancy1 decade agoPCOS and pregnant - did your cycles return after pregnancy?
I had PCOS and had to take Clomid and Metformin to get pregnant. I have heard a couple of stories of women's cycles returning to normal after they had their baby. Does this really happen?? That would be wonderful! If not, and once you wanted a second child, was it easier or harder? Thanks.
2 AnswersPregnancy1 decade agoDoes Chinese food without MSG have a lot of salt?
I ate Chinese food today that I requested be cooked with no MSG. However, I still felt horribly dehydrated later in the day. Do they still use a lot of salt even though it is supposed to be MSG free? Thanks.
6 AnswersOther - Food & Drink1 decade agoAnyone with a visual impairment and ever been pregnant, I have a question?
have a vision impairment that causes me to be legally blind. I usually do not use a cane or any type of aid to get around because I am able to use my vision satisfactorily. However, I am now pregnant and I am concerned about being off balance, falling, etc. It's not often that I miss a step, but it does happen occasionally and I just trip. But I am more worried about actually falling as my belly gets bigger... Is there anyone out there who didn't use a cane before, but used one while pregnant? Does it help a lot?

2 AnswersPregnancy1 decade agoI am worried... possibly took too much (7.5 weeks pregnant)?
I am 7 1/2 weeks pregnant and I am taking Metformin which my Doc told me to stay on until 12 weeks. Well, I am not even sure if I really did this, but I am afraid I may have taken two pills within 10 minutes of each other on accident, like I forgot that I took the first one (pregnancy brain fart!). Each pill is 500 mg. Would this hurt the baby? I did eat right beforehand...
3 AnswersPregnancy1 decade ago4 1/2 weeks pregnant and worried...?
At work today, the lady who shares my desk sprayed a bunch of Lysol all over it before I sat down to work. I stayed out of the room while she did it and for a few minutes afterwards to let it settle and try not to breathe it in. Then I came through and wiped everything off with a wet paper towel. But I still could get strong whiffs of the Lysol while I was sitting and working. Do you think that is ok for the baby? I am so worried....
5 AnswersPregnancy1 decade agoCod liver oil - too much vitamin A?? Help!?
I have been taking 3000 mg of cod liver oil a day (which would be a total of 6,000 IU of Vitamin A) since TTC and now that I am 4 1/2 weeks pregnant. However, I read that too much vitamin A can cause birth defects, especially in the first few weeks pf pregnancy!! I am so worried now, is this too much? Has anyone else taken cod liver oil and their baby was fine?? Thanks!!

Recently I have realized that I am a bit confused over which Van Halen songs are Sammy Hagar and which are David Lee Roth. Can someone give me some examples of each?
1 AnswerOther - Music1 decade agoWhich is better - write-in or voting 3rd party?
I do not plan to vote for either of the two clowns from the two major parties. I think that we as a nation should come together and say we want REAL change and demand some better options than what is put before us. But anyway, my question for those who know about this kind of thing, is it better to write in a name on the ballot, or to vote 3rd party? Do they actually consider write-ins, like say, Ron Paul for example? Thanks.
8 AnswersElections1 decade agoChristian singers... I need help finding songs
I am a singer who needs a bigger song selection! I sing every now and then for my church events and other things around the community, but I am running out of songs that I haven't already done numerous times. I seem to have a hard time finding Christian songs that really suit my voice and style. If anyone has any ideas of songs/accompaniment tracks to look for, that would be great. I prefer a more gospel/blues/jazzy type sound for a female voice, fast or slow. A couple that I already have are Crystal Lewis' arrangement of "How Great Thou Art" and "Praise The King" by Cindy Morgan. Any suggestions for me?? Thanks so much!
2 AnswersPerforming Arts1 decade agoStarting to make pastel art and sell them..Need some tips!?
I am wanting to create art using pastels from pictures that people give or send me. How much should I charge for each one? I have no clue! Also if anyone has any experience doing this type of thing out of their home, I would appreciate any advice you have. Thank you!
1 AnswerOther - Visual Arts1 decade agoIs it possible to be a real estate agent if you can't drive?
Hi, I have a vision impairment that makes me unable to drive, although I have enough vision so I can do many things that normally sighted people can do. I am interested in real estate and I think I would be good at it; however, I understand that driving is pretty much required for the job, or is it? Do you think it's possible to be a real estate agent if you can't drive?
7 AnswersRenting & Real Estate1 decade agoTTC chart temps still up, no period, and negative hpt's?
I have been charting my temps and they are still up from pre-o temps. I should have O'd around CD-13 according to the chart, and now I am on CD-35, a week late from when my period should have come, but I have taken 5 hpts and all negative! I am trying to get into the Dr for a blood test, but I just wanted to see if anyone else has had this happen and ended up pregnant? Thanks!
2 AnswersTrying to Conceive1 decade ago5 month old puppy becoming nervous around people?
I want my labby to be a therapy dog someday. When he was 8-12 weeks old, we did a lot of socializing with him and he loved people that he met. Lately though, we have been busy with moving into our first house and haven't been able to socialize him much in the past month or so. And unfortunately, he is becoming skittish around people when we are on walks. He barks at some of them, and acts afraid of others when they try to pet him. How can I correct this? I also think he is picking up the bad habits from our other dog who has ALWAYS been that way (she was a rescue). Thanks!!
5 AnswersDogs1 decade agoBeing a SAHM if your husband earns under 40k? (in TX)?
I want more than anything to be a SAHM once we have our first child. I am just worried about finances... My income is not terribly much, and factoring in child care would take up at least half of it anyway. There might be possibilities for me to work from home doing medical transcription, but I also want to prepare for if I am unable to secure a job.
Does anyone make it work on an income under 40k? And share advice, please!
18 AnswersParenting1 decade agoDo we have any rights as tenants?
We are about to move out of our apartment here in TX. They want us to pay a $750 fee because we are breaking the lease early. That is understandable, BUT, I am not so inclined to give them this money when they will not properly fix or replace our air conditioner when the temperature inside our apartment is reaching 80+ degrees with the A/C running non-stop all day causing us to not be able to afford our electric bill! Summers here are HOT with temps getting above 100 degrees. This has been going on since last summer when we had the same problem. Do we have any rights here?
6 AnswersRenting & Real Estate1 decade agoHow can I prevent our other dog's bad habits from rubbing off onto our new puppy?
We just got a new puppy, a lab mix, who will hopefully obtain nis CGC and become a therapy dog. However, our other dog has some bad habits such as being hand-shy in public, and when people come to our house she barks wildly and acts afraid of them. Obviously, we do NOT want our new pup learning these bad behaviors. So, what can we do? I guess we should take him out in public seperately from her. But what about at home? If we know people are coming over, would it work to put her in another room or out on the porch? Suggestions, please! Thanks.
