Does Chinese food without MSG have a lot of salt?

I ate Chinese food today that I requested be cooked with no MSG. However, I still felt horribly dehydrated later in the day. Do they still use a lot of salt even though it is supposed to be MSG free? Thanks.

Vietnamese foodstuff is extremely equivalent to chinese language foodstuff considering Vietnam became colonized by ability of China and the French so their foodstuff is a mix of community flavor, chinese language and French impacts. With all of that suggested, for dinner i might %. chinese language and for Lunch Vietnamese considering many of the ingredients are much less greasy - Pho, Bun, sandwichies or a mix plate asking them to pass away off the deep fried spring roll. thinking of spring rolls - I choose the chinese language type spring roll because of the fact it is composed of extra vegetables on the same time as a Vietnamese spring roll is composed of skinny rice noodles, yet i'm already eating rice noodles in the entree.

a lot of products like soy sauce, hosin sauce, etc... are loaded with sodium..Depending on what you got, it may be because of that. MSG makes me violently sick!!! :(

Just ask before you order. Every place makes different types of dishes and in different ways. Most places are happy to cook the way you need to have it done.

i dunno. my mum cooks without msg or salt, and it still tastes good. but i guess at a restaurant, they probably used salt.
