i bleached my daughters hair to a blond and put in ultra violet then it only goes to a wine shade i let it fade and tried with purple haze and its still a wine (burgendy brown) color what should i use or whats going wrong thank

i got an acer almost a year ago present and yesterday i pluged it in and the battery charger lite was blinking and i had to wiggle it to get it to charge now today i cant get it to charge i wiggle it it blinks but wont stay on what should i do new charger or what can someone help i need to get this working thanks for any help you can give

i have dark brown dyed hair and i want it lighter like brown blond want to use developer like they do as salons how do you do this i cant go to the salon(i have very bad keloids so they wont touch me ) any ideas on how to do this any and all help is welcome

i want to do something crazy but my hair is short and it never gets light enough with bleach i can use two boxes and it get orange and blond in spots. with this it will work on dark hair mines brown so i would like to try so any experences and a salon is not an option( i got a medical issue and they wont touch me not evean a school so i wont waste my time or money going and my honor and pride by getting refused service)please help any ideas thanks
