If I am writing a book based on interviews, where can I get a waiver to have those being interviewed, sign with knowledge that I am writing this book to make money, however, they have no rights to the revenue?

Our towels hang approx. 2 feet above a heat register. We have the type of towel holder that holds one towel in front of the other. The towel against the wall changes colors. I bought a heat deflector that directs the heat from the register towards the ground and it's still happening. My question is, why doesn't the heat in the dryer change the color of the towels, like the heat from the register- if that's what's causing the change?

I will be interviewing subjects for the book. The subjects need to understand that I am writing the book to make money and they are volunteering their info knowing that the revenue from the book will not be distributed among those being interviewed. Also, I need to let them know that I honor complete confidentiality. Is there a template or do I need to seek a contract lawyer?
