Removing a Sewn on patch from hoodie?
I have a thick carhartt hoodie with my former employers logo on it. There is a small one on the right chest and the entire back has one too. Since I dont work there anymore, I feel dumb wearing it but its so warm and great for winter that I am going to keep it. Does anyone know how to take these patches off without damaging the sweater? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
2 AnswersCleaning & Laundry1 decade ago305 to 350 conversion in my pickup?
Im pretty sure I can pull the 305 and the 350 should fit in the motor mounts and everything just fine. I am also wondering if it will fit my trans. Im guessing it is a turbo 350 but I dont really know. I havent looked yet. Basically I have an 89 chevy half ton and I want to give it some power. I am going to be using it to tow my toys around and the 305 is just a dog. It only has 105k miles on it but it is an old city truck so they are ALL city miles, brutal. Since Im getting a larger engine I want to put a 5 or 6 speed transmission in there too, in hopes of getting better gas mileage. What do you suggest? t56? give me some ideas and please let me know if the 350 will bolt up and if I dont change transmissions right away will the 350 fit my current trans. What obstacles should I prepare for too. Thanks
