Dude..

me and my sisters and brothers have an american passport and all under 18. i have a mother that has a british passport but we live in the middle east,we want to a Residence in the uk . whats best for us , to take a residence or settlement visa ?whats the difference?? could you tell me how do you get a residence?

Okay i have an america passport and my mother has a british one, and i want to have a british passport but still keep my american passport.

can i keep two passports? and if i can, what should i do to get two passports?

please give a good advice to deal with this situation.

Okay i'm somalian american muslim, under the age of 18 & my parents has been seperated and my mother decided she wants to go back to her home country in the UK..me and my twin sister wanted to tag along with our mother.

my dad really wanted my mom to leave so he adviced us to take the settlement visa and paid alot of money we double check on what we wrote if it was wrong or not ,my mom wanted to do this all right. we check, we had no mistakes on the visa...but then we had been refused it said and i quote" I have refused your visa application on this occasion because iam not satisfied,on the balance of probabilities, that you meet all of the requirements of section 297 of the immigration rules."

which is not true and i got angry saying" why probabilities other then facts?"

we were planing to take school their but school strated and i dont want to waste my education.my mom is in uk now. we only have family in uk not usa help

when a non muslim kill someone or rape someone you honestly dont hear anyone blaming the other nonmuslims. why muslims?

i just came to a nonmuslim country to study and see my best friend, when this bomb issuse happened my friend was never to see me again. why was i to blame for anothers wrong doing? i also hear bad things about islam.

a woman treated me like a outsider , felt so unwanted and sent me to the back of the line and then say" i'm sorry it's closed now " hello! it's a movie she should of let me go but no, i left so that i wouldn't make any problem after the all i'm only 16.

all i'm saying what wrong with everyone?. at least show your better then others by respecting people & yourself .

i mean ..everytime i try to motivate myslef into studies,something just changes my mind...e.g i have a exam coming up and i wake up early to study .....i just go back to sleep.b-coz to be honest ..i don't want to study. So please tell me how to motivate myslef into studying.
