I have been separated from my husband for 5 yrs now,we have 2 kids the first 6 months of the separation was due to domestic violence against me so the judge ordered supervised visits for him ,gave me temp custody and made him pay child support for 6 months and told us both to get attorneys to handle it after that well we never did he paid the support for 6 months and then it got sporadic until he met his now girlfriend and he has not paid support in 4 yrs but i still let him see the kids if and when he did show up because they loved him sometimes he would not call or show for months,he has been homeless through ten jobs and now has 2 babies to care for w/ new gf well this spring break after he knew I spent all my tax money on getting my kids new beds and clothes because he doesn't support them he ask if he could get them for the week so I said yes he said they would be in town at his sister well the next day dss showed up to investigate me for being on drugs and a pigstye house well they saw my house was spotless and I passed my test well he has taken them 5 hours away same st s.c. away gotten an attorney has them out of school they are all honor students and wont let me have them back,the one time he did let them call they begged me to get them , I have no money for a lawyer I pay my bills and have raised this kids on my own I make to much for legal aid forty dollars to much but not enough money to give a lawyer thousands of dollars and yes I did call and beg and all i hear is sorry we cant help please some one tell me how to fight this I also have 2 older kids 12 and 14 i don't know where he has them I am helpless and desperate the law says we are both custodial parents and decide in court but they have lived w/ me for 5 yrs and he just ups and takes them

They are 6 and 7,social services is on my side but we cant find him to serve him with truancy papers much less anything else,I called every family law lawyer they all say it cost any where from three to five thousand............. thanks for the support but I think it is going to take a miracle at this point

I am going for the first time and I was wondering how good are the sopping deals really on the island, I am wanting to do christmas shopping there but it is so close o christmas I am scared to depend on the trip to find all my gifts but everyone says they have name brand purses,perfume and jewelry for very cheap.Is this true or would I be better off shopping here in the states before my trip

Ok this is new territory for me and I could really use some input on this.My son is 13 ,going through puberty,very emotional and frustrated.He was a straight a student ,never got angry,very outgoing but since he hit puberty all that has changed and I know it is most likely hormonal .He gets very embarrassed if I try to talk to him about sex or even body changes but I am wondering if he ever masturbate and if not should I tell him he needs to try it maybe it would relieve some of his tension and frustration.But why boy wants to talk to his mom about this.I dont want to talk with him about it but I want to help him and for him to know he can come to me about anything and not be ashamed thanks in advance for all your help!!!

Has any one her ever had disc force therapy and if so how did it work for you?

we live in a mobile home and it has ugly paneling and flowered print on the rest of the wall painting over this in not a option, we tried painting paneling it did not look nice we could tear it out and sheet rock but that is way to costly and we have never done it, WE were thinking of covering the walls with fabric and using tacks covered with buttons to hold it up and cork board on one wall .What do you all think?so any help or suggestions would be great.

my son is 12 and he wants a mps player but he hasnt shown me he is responsible enough to keep up with something so small so I dont want to spend a lot of money on this till he shows me he can keep up with it.Will some one tell me if the 2 gb is good enough for him it says it plays 18 hours so does that mean 18 hours of songs or is that battery life? My husband and I were going to go on a cruise this summer so we had to get a copy of his birth cirtificate for a passport. He has never had a copy himself.When he applied they told him that the last name he has used for his whole life is not his real last name,he went to school ,was in the marine corp ,and we got married under this name .His grandparents raised him under their last name which is his mothers maiden name.But his bith certificate says his mothers first married name. The vital records office says we have to go to court to get a legal name change to keep the same last name he has always had.A lawyer says it will be 2500.00 for him to do it which we do not have .The court says we can do it without a lawyer but they can not give us legal advice on how to do it..So can anyone tell me how to do this on our own,We do not have much money .Both his grandparents have past away as well as a attoreny they may have used. The state does not show a legal adoption under this name.

My daughters birthday is in march she is going to be 15 and want o have a party ...We had water damage in our home so we have been redoing one room at a time and will not be done by her birthday...My budget for her party is aboult three hundred dollers.what can you do for a teen for that much?Most all her friend parents have alot of money so they have all been having big parties.
