  • When I pay the high prices of college tuition, what am I paying for?

Okay this is for a college paper. that's due on friday (We just got the assignment on yesterday). I have an outline started. but I just want to make sure that I am covering all the bases.

Also I have another question. I can think of only 3 different ways for college tuition to go down. 1) Scholarships, 2) FAFSA, and 3) amounts of classes you're taking. Am I missing anything?

    thanks guys!!!!!

  • ballet dancers...what is your Ideal pointe shoe?

Okay this is a survey. I want you to describe to me what would made the Ideal pointe shoe. You can use the names of certain shoes when you're giving me examples. (i.e. A flat box like Gaynors, or a long lasting shank like Russian Pointes, or a very High vamp like Freed Studios and Studio II)

Also I need to know what your foot type is (lots of details help For example:

    I have:

Long toes (and small bunions...therefore I need a lone vamp)

a high arch and instep (my foot tends to shorten when I pointe it)

    A disappearing heel

the ball of my foot is very wide and flexible

    my feet sweat ALOT

I will break-in a pointe shoe in 30min. just by wearing it

the nerve between my third and fourth toe (on both feet) gets irritated very easily

    (and so on).....

    Thanks =)

  • Help, Beauty tips?

Okay I have green/hazel that are huge and round. What are some colors that I could use to really accent this feature?

MY nose is kindda wide, What do I do to make it seem narrower?

Also My hair is really soft, silky, very straight, and about medium in length. But It's not thin, actually it's kindda thick. I like to vary my hair styles (Like I don't want to do it the same way every day) what are some cute hair styles (both up and down) that I could do that would look good on someone with a heart-shaped face?

    Please use pictures!!!!!!!!!!

The Lyrics in the chorus are (I'm probably going to butcher this)

"I can't go down every little bit...leave me down."

Any way it's a pretty popular song and real up-beat

  • Why is it that non-christian always...?

stereotypically relate ALL Christians in to the Roman Catholic faith? The Da Vinci Code is a good example of this. I mean there are many different denomination that have different ceremonies and such...don't you guys realize that?

  • Christians, your opinion please?

I'm a Christian/believer too. So please don't take this the wrong way.

Do you believe that we could use, I'm talking about the cold hard scientific facts (not evolution science), to help prove that the Bible is true? Yes or No? and Why.

  • Are the Neanderthal Really our ancestors?

    1) the fossils of the neanderthal all mostly had a very degenerative and debilitating back disease or massive arthritis in the back and hip area. causing them to hunch over

    2) their bone mass was 5X bigger than ours, hence making it less likely to break a bone.

    3) because of their bone size they had much more muscle mass than we do today. Meaning that they were much more stronger than we are now.

These are all scientifically proven. So prove to me how we would have evolved into smaller, and weaker beings than our ancestors.

  • Can You see the wind?

of course not. But you can see the effects of the wind. It's kind of like God. We can't see Him but we can see the effects of God (i.e. Hurricane Katrina). For this reason, many people believe in God.
