I have a feeling that I'm allergic to my husbands semen. What do doctors usually suggest to do if someone is really allergic to someone's semen?

Every night, I wake up DRENCHED in sweat. I am 22, 5'7" 112 lbs (so not overweight), I am not sick nor do I have a fever, not pregnant, and as far as I know...I don't have TB. Anyone have any ideas what the heck is causing these horrible night sweats?

Okay...So this is my first Valentine's Day with my boyfriend. We've been together for close to a year now, but I have no idea what to do for Valentine's Day save for the going out for dinner. I have never had a boyfriend for Valentine's Day before so I'm pretty stumped. I want to do something cute and romantic for him. Going out for dinner isn't an option because he's a chef and has to cook for every other couple that goes to his restaurant for V-Day. So any suggestions on what I should get for him or what I should do for him? I'm really clueless on this stuff :-/

Does anyone know how to pronounce the Polish name Władysław Szpilman? He also goes by Wladek (I'm not sure if I spelled his nickname correctly). I've been trying to find it for a while now and I cannot seem to find a way to learn how to pronounce this Pianist's name. Cane anyone spell it out for me (ex: pronunciation- pro-nun-see-ay-shion) Any help is greatly appreciated!

Okay, so I was wondering if anyone knows any tricks to get rid of that burning sensation after you vomit from the bile in your throat. Milk is definitely out since it will make me vomit MORE. Pepto bismol or Malox come right back up after I use it...cold water doesn't do anything for me, so I'm hoping someone has some home remedy to reduce that burning sensation.

I've asked this question before, but I didn't get any answers that truly answered my question. For the past year and a half, I've had these horrible stomach issues...so bad that my upper right quadrant (top right of my stomach) right under the rib...maybe even a bit in the ribcage...hard to confine it to one small spot... will spasm preventing me from moving at all because of the severe pain. The doctors don't know what it is; they guessed Chron's, Celiac, and IBS for which I have NEITHER of the symptoms of those diseases, so they just sort of dropped me and told me to see a Psychologist. Now...for exactly 3 weeks a new symptom, along with the stomach pain, I've been vomiting everything I eat. Nothing, save for water, will stay down....what's worse is that it comes back up the same way it when down. Not all broken down by bile, so that means that the food hasn't gotten a chance to hit the small intestine where 80% of the digestion occurs. So basically, when I throw up...I'm choking on the vomit that comes up (gross, I know.)

I am NOT bulimic, nor am I doing this for attention. I'm in constant contact with my doctor, yet they have no idea what it is and I am scared and VERY frustrated.

Blood tests have ruled out the flu, any bacteria, any pregnancies I may have had (and believe me...they've given me MANY pregnancy tests because of the whole vomiting and being a female thing), my electrolytes are within normal limits, same as my WBC. I just want to know WHY! This vomiting stuff is really taking its toll and what's worse, is that it's happening to me in class and I can't stop it.

Does ANYONE know what it could be? And let me repeat...it's NOT pregnancy, stomach virus, flu, bulimia, nor is it psychological. Any help is GREATLY appreciated

So I've been vomiting for over a week, and I have an appointment to see the doctor toda y (no need to have people tell me to see my doctor). I know I'm not pregnant, nor do I have the flu...so I just wanted to know if anyone knows what it could possibly be. I can't eat anything because I just throw it up once it gets to my stomach, I can't drink coffee or tea (and not really even water for that matter), I don't have any fevers. I'm not nauseous, I just vomit without warning. So there are some of my symptoms...hopefully someone'll know what it might be. thanks

I'm pretty worried about my dog, who is a Lab/Pointer Mix. He's about 8 years old, and all of the sudden I'm noticing that he's lost a bunch of weight. He's always been skinny, but now you can see his ribs even more and his tailbone sticks out. He seems weak, yet he seems like he's always hungry. Does anyone know what might be the problem? I was thinking it might either be his thyroid being overactive, but I'm not quite sure.

Okay, so my boyfriend's car was towed from a parking lot last night and NO ONE is able to give us information on the towing company. Their number is not in use, so I was just wondering if anyone had an idea of how much it would cost to just get it out and the towing rates, etc. etc.
