I have to write a paper for my leadreship college class and am looking for ideas of great leaders, don't worry I am just looking for ideas, not someone to write my paper for me :)

The definition of leader that I have in front of me is someone who provides direction via strong ideals, vision and purpose, this must be a current leader intoday's world.

Ok, I am a nursing student so I should know the answer to this but....I dont. My sone has been having frequent bowel movements (4-6 times a day) and has been excessively gassy for the last 2 weeks. I have had him at the Dr and he said to wait, because it may be something viral. I changed him this afternoon and it was a yellow color, not mucus of anything. I will be getting him back into the Dr. on Monday...any ideas of what may be going on? I was thinking lactose intolerance or IBS...I'm just not sure.

I have some children who are wanting to go pan for gold and such in Illinois. I know they have thie in missouri and Arkansas but am not sure if there are places like this here. I have done this where you buy a bucket and sift through it, any ideas?

I just recently found out that my husband has been talking to many women on the internet and had plans to meet. We have been married 4 years and have 2 children. I have never been unfaithful and I do not deserve this~ I am 25 and working towards my nursing degree and I have a bright future ahead of me, I'm just not sure where to go from here I do not want the marriage to end, but I can not do this anymore.

When I hear people like Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton speak they are always putting race isues on things, do they never stop to think of this??

You say that whites commit a lot of violence against you,

So why are the ghettos the most dangerous places to live?

You have the United ***** College Fund. You have Martin Luther King

Day. You have Black History Month. You have Cesar Chavez Day. You

Have Yom Hashoah You have Ma'uled Al-Nabi You have the NAACP.

You have BET.

If we had WET (White Entertainment Television) .. We'd be racists.

If we had a White Pride Day .. You would call us racists.

If we had White History Month  We'd be racists.

If we had any organization for only whites to "advance" OUR lives

We'd be racists.

We have a Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, a Black Chamber of

Commerce, and then we just have the plain Chamber of Commerce.

Wonder who pays for that?

If we had a college fund that only gave white students scholarships

... You know we'd be racists. There are over 60 openly proclaimed

Black Colleges in the US , yet if there were "White colleges"

THAT would be a racist college.

I am proud.

Why is it that only whites can be racists?

My son will be 2 next week and we would like to start potty training him, we already ahve the pull ups and potty chair. I have went through this with my daughter but I have heard that boys are much more difficult. Today he was walking without his diaper on (he has learned how to take it off) and started peeing, he was very curious as to where it was coming from, and even tried to make himself go more, my grandmother told me that this is probably the right time to potty train him because of his curiosity, I have read all the books but am interested on getting some opinions or stories of potty training a boy. Thanks!

There has been yet another recall of a childrens toy, this time it is Thomas the Tank Engine toys. My son has 2 of the recalled toys that have excess lead. Why can they just make the toys right, they should know that there is lead in the paint. This is not some cheap dollar store toy, they should have the technology and smarts NOT to use lead based paint. Do you agree?

This may seem like a strange question, but my son loves them!

I watched a show on Oprah yesterday and it just made me sick, To make a long story short, a wedding party was in a limo after a wedding and it was hit by a drunk driver, it killed and completely decapitated a 7 year old girls head and kiled the driver as well. The girl who was killed was the daughter of the bride and groom and the mother was on the side of the road holding her daughter's head. That man was convicted and sentanced to 18 years in prison and is now appealing that decision. I do not feel that it was harsh enough! These people who choose to drink and them proceed to get in the car a drive away should be made to pay for their actions, what makes them think this is acceptable behavoir. In my opinion if you drink and get behind the wheel you should be charged with attempted murder, that is just what it is, a total disregard for the lives of others. What do you think?

What do you think about the guy who went on a plane with drug resistant TB? I personallly think there should be criminal charges filed against him, he had no right to go anywhere knowing that he had this incurable disease, now over 100 people could possibly be infected with it. What if he passed this on to someone that is immuno compromised, a child, or someone that had been on chemo, they could very easily die. What is your imput?

I live in illinois and was born 15 minutes from my home....probably be here for life...I am 25 now and have 2 kids...it is nice having them go to school where I did.

Well I just saw that Britney Spears was caught lip singing in Florida this past weekend, and she refused to fly on a plane because it did not have leather seats and insisted to be let off minutes before takoff making all other passengers wait. Are we supposed to be suprised by this??? What is next?

Ok so here is the story, my husband lost his job about 3 weeks ago and I have been trying to look on the bright side, but lately that can be hard to come by. We have 2 children and I am a full time college student. We have savings but it was supposed to be used for my schooling, I was just accepted into the nursing program and do not want to give that up, I have been working for 2 years trying to get where I am today. I know that things will work out, but sometimes it just gets hard to try to keep it together for my family, as I am the strong one and as far as the kids go, they know nothing is wrong, they are 7 and 2. I guess I am just needing to vent, finding encouragement from others. Not sure what answer I am looking for but any imput would be helpful.

I am pretty sure I have an abcessed tooth, I am on antibiotics for strep throat, is there anything I can do over the weekend until I can call a dentist on monday? It is not excruciating pain, but I can definitely tell that it is there.

I have strep throat and have been taking ibuprofen and tylenol for the pain but they do nothing, I got prescribed tylenol # 3 today and it takes the edge off but the pain is still there. Any ideas?

I have very little willpower but want to lose weight for a wedding that I am attending, my husband is best man and I want to be able to look as good as he will. The wedding is not for another year so I have plenty of time. Any ideas that might help.
