Delirium

I am from Turkey and I don t like it here. The government is literally undoing decades of work for profit and I don t see it getting any better in the foreseeable future. So I m looking to immigrate to a country where nationalism and religion do not get much attention, where people aren t racists and there is no major conflict. Currently thinking of Canada but from what I ve read weather is cold, people are greedy and getting a job is not easy. I also have to learn French it seems. What is your opinion?

I had a surgery where they reduced the size of my stomach and after that my right knee had a burning feeling and eventually went numb. It has been four months and the area around my right knee is still numb. But I think it is kinda getting better I can t really tell. Recently my right knee and sometimes my left knee (rarely) started twitching. Is this a sign that the nerve damage is getting better or worse ?

I have been taking Anafranil 75 mg XR for a week or so and just upped my dosage to 100 mg XR a few days ago but since then I am sweating more than usual, I hit my leg somewhere and didn't even notice it, I am also experiencing anxiety and a lot of muscle twitching. I have also started chewing while nothing is in my mouth. My legs ache, I have been experiencing minor pins and needles & burning sensations and I feel spaced out. If Anafranil is going to be like this, I am going to have to quit. Shame though, the only thing that gave me some amount of relief was this.

It was my first time. I took 600 mg and now I have blurred and kind of a double vision. It has been 10 hours.

Update: I am prescribed but I just thought that it would work better because I didn't take any during the day. I'm so scared, will the double vision last ??

I can't relax, literally. I am usually a loud person, or I don't speak to anyone. But this doesn't last for more than a several hours. Back to relaxation... I feel like something in my chest, like energy, is pushing out and is going to come out of my mouth in the form of a loud joke or something. This feel is like enthusiasm or rage. Something loud, really. Why can't I slow down ?

I don't see the point in getting together with people and telling them my opinions and ideas and what happened to me in the last few days. I really don't. We all just get together and say things that are all about ourselves. I mean all you can say comes ultimately from you. So why do I need to talk about myself all my life ? Why is communication ?

I have been smoking a pack a day for nearly 5 years.

I am obese.

I am always sleep-depraved.

I basically live sitting.

I overeat.

I abuse coffee.

I am probably dying right ?

It only aches when I eat or smoke by the way.

It was a game like GTA but more focused on driving cars.It wasn't Driver because you couldn't get out of the car.The game started with people chasing you and some woman you are driving and you drive through a mall and so on.Then you start to take jobs from a garage owner, get involved with mexicans and such.What was it ?

I feel like there is something in my throat.When I speak it feels like my voice is only coming out of there.The feeling is most felt when I inhale during smoking.I also go harsh on my voice.I have a deep voice but I constantly keep trying to sing high.What is this ? Is it a nodule or something ?
